Funny enough, the only time they suddenly appear is after you email to cancel. Need someone to come out because you actually have bugs? You can't call your local technician--you have to go through a call center just to schedule a spray. And if your neighborhood has No Soliciting signs, don't expect that to stop their salespeople from knocking on your door anyway. To top it all off, even after you've canceled, their exterminators still show up because apparently no one communicates with management.
