    David and team were selected by my builder to build our pool. I worked directly with David on the 3d rendering. He helped build a custom pool to maximize our space layout and give a modern look. In particular I love the spa which provides deep massage and heat. We recommend Champion Pool.

    Champion deserves a 5-star rating because of their excellent people (owner, project manager, office manager, field crews, etc.). We selected Champion based on a very positive recommendation from one of our neighbors and the responsiveness of the owner (David) to our questions during the pool design and quote. The project manager, Renee, was fantastic to work with. She kept us well informed throughout every step and showed her dedication to correcting any problems we did encounter. The progress on our pool was very efficient until we hit an unforeseen major issue with the marble decking. We had selected Wynward Grey 12x24" (supplied by USA Marble). The marble was beautiful when first installed, but within a week, dark brown stains began occurring on about one-third of the pool deck. Progress on the pool was halted for about 2 months while trying to resolve the issue. There still is some debate on the cause of the staining, but it appears to be a combination of iron impurities in this particular lot of marble and the type of sand used in this area. The solution was to remove all the sand and marble, replace over 100 pieces, and then mud-set, grout and seal the marble. We are happy with the final result and now have a beautiful pool and deck. We would be very hesitant to use marble for pool decking in the future but would certainly use Champion again.

    I guess I had to repost this because I didn't include enough detail the first time. So here it goes. Customer service was bad. I had to beg to have trash removed from my yard that they had left for over a month. Although we are about two years out of construction, we had to call back for tiles separating, and the travertine is sinking in several places. After several requests, someone came out a few times to fix some things, like the bad tiles, but never came back to finish. Oh, and they left the tiles they had to replace at the bottom of the pool! I didn't realize it until I got in, and there was a bunch of debris at the bottom. They did, however, send someone to clean it up. Anyway, I had an eerily similar experience to the other one-star reviews on this company. I've attached photos of the sinking and lifting travertine.

    Spend more money and go with someone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF ITS FREE. We had them build a new pool and pool deck for us last year. It was a nightmare from start to end, and actually longer because we are still dealing with them for problems that need repair. Don't make the same mistake we did and use them because they are the lowest priced company that has been in business for a while(absolutely no clue how they have managed to stay open this long). Their communication is terrible and their final product is not the quality you will be pitched. You must act as your own project manager and call them for everything or else you will be waiting days or weeks for things that should have been done much sooner. They are masters of the run around. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. When you encounter ANY problem they pass the buck to the workers they contract or just try at all cost to take no accountability for problems they are clearly responsible for. They missed appointments regularly with no calls to inform us. The only thing they were on point with was when they needed to collect money. The owner pretends to want to help and even gives all his contact info but it is useless. He takes no accountability and looks for any reason to try and absolve his company of blame and responsibility. I have various emails of all the issues I've had with this company including back and forth with the owner about issues that still have not been resolved. When they do come out they do everything in their power to look for reasons to blame you for the problem, even when it's very obvious the problem was created by them. It is a complete waste of time dealing with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Here are just a few problems we have/had....catching their workers in lies about the permit process(I have email confirmation of this just contact me I'd be happy to show you), improperly installed deck drain(they tried something but it didn't work and now won't come back out), improperly installed deck tiles(travertine), low quality travertine tiles, terrible customer service and follow up(weeks for response to simple matters), improperly installed bubbler that they have been out twice now for the same repair (they are actually trying to blame this on us, insinuating we aren't turning it on properly....it's a valve that turns left or right). I have a ton of emails, texts, and voice mails that confirm EVERYTHING I'm talking about feel free to contact me I'd love to share them if you're actually considering this nightmare of a company.

    Overall we've had a good experience with Champion. We signed our contract in June and the project was completed in January. We ran into some hiccups along the way but I didn't have to fight with Champion to fix things, they immediately addressed any issues we had. My family has been enjoying the pool almost daily and we're very appreciative of David and his team.

After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. I did contact them a day for two later via email with a question and they called me back within minutes. The spa is wonderful and the personal support is outstanding. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract.

Furthermore, it doesn't seem like the company needs any advice since the rating is so incredibly low. I'll see if this gives me a better outcome?!? I used to work for a big name consulting firm doing operational reviews of companies. This one has a lot of symptoms and cracks that should be looked at. Here's my experience. I ordered a rug from the store in West Palm Beach. The sales rep there told me I could check my rug delivery on the Internet. I never received an email informing me of a tracking number so after several weeks, I called the store, was given one and told that the ship date was February 26 having been to the store in January. February 29, I checked the website and all it said about the order was that it was in process. So I called. The first thing the automated system told me was that I did not match my phone number but yet the correct phone number is in their system. So I spoke to a customer service rep and they told me the order was canceled. The reason being is that my credit card did not go through. I had the previous week had some fraud on my card and it was cancelled. Despite that happening, I received no email or phone call notifying me or to rectify the situation. When I spoke to the supervisor, he said invariably the email was in my junk or spam folder, and I told him that that was not the case. I receive tons of marking emails but yet not one on the status of my order at any time. The customer service rep said items now are on back order. however, the supervisor said they had a few in stock. I was put in the queue. I inquired as to how I could be put first in line in the queue given the situation and non communication. No can-do. This company needs to look at their operations and see where the cracks are and correct them. Very very disappointed.

It took them less than two minutes to come up with exactly what I was looking for. The fact that they were warm, friendly, and enjoyable to speak with didn't hurt either.
