While they are very friendly, we became frustrated with the different crews showing up each week-- they left the gate open multiple times causing our dog to get out (despite signs and repeated reminders), and never clean the salt water system filter even after we showed it to them. This went on for about 9 months I would guess. The final straw was when they showed up to clean the pool while there was a painting crew present two weeks ago. They told the painters they would come back later but never returned. When we followed up with the office a few days later about when they were returning we were told they had already cleaned the pool, and provided us a photo as supporting evidence. I'm not sure who is responsible for that lie, however, we have two cameras pointed at our pool AND our gate monitoring company sends us texts every time someone on our list enters the neighborhood. Not to mention the pool was still visibly dirty with lots of leaves and debris. We moved on to a different company, it simply wasn't worth the hassle.

Within 10 minutes of meeting Craig I could tell he was an expert and incredibly knowledgeable. They installed the pool heater today and it's working perfectly. They also fixed some plumbing and valve issues the pool had that I was unaware of. It's made a big difference in the performance of my pool. I can't recommend Craig and Kismet Pools highly enough! I got Incredibly lucky they were the first company I called to come out. I was so impressed with them initially I didn't bother to call any other companies! Pool did have a few algae spots on grout. While I was out of town they allowed algae to take over pool. I communicated with them via text on July 6th and informed them pool was green and algae was everywhere. Pool was to be serviced every Friday. He replied that they will be there tomorrow and would let me know what if anything was wrong after visit.I specifically asked him to check salt cell and let me know if it had gone bad. Never heard from them. So I assumed everything was ok. I was once again informed by family member that the pool was green on July 22 and immediately reached out. Was once again told they would check everything and let me know asap. Once again no reply at all. Returned home on July 28th to a pool completely cloudy and full of algae. I immediately check salt cell reading and could clearly see it had gone bad and was not generating chlorine. As I went to grab my pool brush and pole I found that my pole and brush were not there and in their place was a bent pole and broken brush on the ground. I texted him the following: "So just got home. I found that my pool brush and pole have been removed and an all bent up pole and broken brush left in its place. SMH" His reply: "I don't understand what you mean and if you are accusing us of something I assume you have evidence that" Only time they contacted me was for payment and payment reminder. Could not be more pleased!! (JSYK the interior of my pool is painted a mocha color intentionally, so that is why the color is a greenish color, by our preference... They did an amazing job!)

And the fact that she came to see the pool and meet me showed that she really cares about what she does. I was actually surprised that most companies quote without even seeing the pool! She is professional, knowledgeable, smart and kind. She issues a report the same day she services the pool, which is very thorough. I never even got a report from the other companies I used! It is such a relief to find a company you can trust!
