South East Spas and Master Spas are both quality and world-class companies to work with. We purchased a made in America, Master Spa Twilight Series 240 spa. They told us when to expect delivery and what to expect when their guys arrived. The spa arrived at our house right on time and the crew making the delivery was professional and courteous. They brought all the necessary tools to efficiently place the spa in our lanai as we wanted it and were helpful with any questions that we had. After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. I did contact them a day for two later via email with a question and they called me back within minutes. The spa is wonderful and the personal support is outstanding. Do NOT buy a spa from South East Spas! Our 3 year old MasterSpa, which is still under warranty developed many fine cracks all around the rim running down into the water. After MONTHS of phone calls and emails with both South East Spas, who NEVER returned a call and took months to send out a serviceman to inspect the spa, and with MasterSpa, we discovered the plywood on each corner of the spa was not removed prior to installation. Our spa is sitting 1/4" above the concrete foundation all the way around, which we did not know and could not see until we removed the plastic skirting a few months ago to take additional photos for MasterSpa. Both Southeast Spas and MasterSpas are refusing to either repair or replace the spa. We have a damaged spa with many cracks because they didn't remove the plywood packaging on the corners before installation . Horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Brand new spa delivered June '25. Defects noted on delivery. Service technicians are subcontractors and highly unreliable. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract. read more

Kudos to the delivery guys who were amazing; and provided more support than they should have had to..... The after delivery instructions were sent to me in a PDF and video; I realized that none of the information pertained to my hot tub. Poor service. After they sell you services and products they don't follow up on customer satisfaction. Don't answer their phone. They downplay your problems and don't take responsibility if something goes wrong. They blame the manufacturer They just don't take good care of their customer. Paid $50K + for a swim spa that hadleaked water from day 1. Numerous system failures on spa....no warranty support....sales people blow sunshine up your you know what and service is almost impossible to get after the sale. Update 4/16/2025: Although communication is not a strong point with South East Spas, we finally received a response informing us that our deposit was being refunded and the sales contract terminated. We did receive the deposit and they paid Synchrony back the $2792.20 they charged us and now the dispute is settled in our favor. We are now completely out from underneath South East Spas and want to thank them very much for settling this issue after 6 very long months. read more

I went to their expo in Melbourne having been shopping for a God hot tub for a good price. The salesman was overly nice and sold us what I thought was a good tub for my medical needs. The tub was not delivered when the salesman told me it would be. I had to call and demand that they deliver it. When they brought it, they dragged it to the back patio and dropped it, literally, they were not careful at all. Then they refused to show me how to set it up. Now the tub is still under warranty and I'm having issues with the electronics and they won't honor the warranty unless I pay them $219. They won't even come to my house untill it is paid. I shouldn't have to pay anything for a defective product to be repaired or replaced. I do not recommend this dealer. read more

BEWARE Southeast Spas is drastically over charging its customers. Purchased the spa two years, two months. Pump failed two months post warranty. Charged $205 diagnostic fee when I told them what was wrong. Charged $495 + $95, over $800 for new pump & install and the new pump only has a 90-day warranty. Called around after and could have got it done for half with 24-month warranty on pump. On the positive side, Rob the service tech was friendly and professional. read more

I delayed writing a review. The purchase was no problem. The delivery crew they sent were absolutely useless!!! Customer service was disappointing. I had to hire a crane to get it done. Even though the contractor and engineer I had double check the entrance for fit as well as the 3rd crew from south East all agreed it would fit. I got tired of calling and they never delivered on any promises made. Hind sight hire a moving crew with hot tub experience and order from Home Depot or Costco the customer service is better. I chose this place for the white glove delivery and paid a premium price. I did not get what I paid for. read more

Was told someone would call him back.. 3 hours later still no word- so called them and was told the lady was handling it . hours later- call again bc still no word.. Spoke to a RUDE lady in accounting saying she cant do anything for me and its basically not her problem... WHO TAKES A $ 17,821 sale OVER THE PHONE With zero proof of the persons identity??? I got my new spa in the dark at 10:00 at night and the "kids" the delivered it didn't have our filet or manual. after many emails and calls we finally got that. then filled up tub as their manual and ytube video but only one jet works. have been trying to get service and just getting run around. "I will get someone out there but will be two weeks" of course no one came and spa still not working. now I am being td another two weeks. I was about to buy a spa from them. The sales man (ryan) was actually really good and supper informed about the product they were selling. So the deal was almost at the end when I had to sign all the paper work and came across a 25% cancelation fee. Witch is totally unacceptable. Not that I had any intention of canceling but raises red flags. I can understand if was a special order but it's not. Also with that being said they didn't have a solid day when it would be delivered. But at that point won't Matter as they got you on the hook. I was also told that's company policy and if don't like it no deal and don't buy it from us then ( by a manager ) They did call me after I left and did say they would work with me but unfortunately my concern with that is if they treat a customer like that I would hate to see if there was any issues at a latter time. This is definitely a red flag in so many ways. Please be carful what you sign. Then went to get my deposit and tried and tell me that they would mail it to me. We purchased a 12ft swim spa when they were at the National Hot tub expo in Jacksonville in Sept. - they delivered the unit scratched up on one side and we've been asking for a tech to come out to buff out the scratches since the beginning of October!!! Under no circumstance should you use these guys. I have nothing but a $2600 loss at this point. No communication no dates no spa. The salesman said call me anytime I'll respond no matter what .. no response from him or anyone at the office. Honestly when I read reading reviews on South East Spas I wasn't seeing very good things, but my husband and I made the decision to purchase a hot tub from them. It was delivered in October. Of course it was a few months behind schedule like everything else right now due to part shortages, but the delivery went great! We recently had a part break on our spa in March. We emailed customer service and they called us back the very next day. They covered the part. we covered shipping which was fine. They had it overnighted to us. Then we had a problem installing it so we emailed them again. They called us again the very next day and walked us through it. I have to give them five stars for this one. I delayed review as I wanted to get it set up and use it for a bit. The rep and salesman was Jason and he was knowledgeable of his product as he had previously worked on and installed these spas. He was convincing and confident in his spa. I bought a smaller one that seated four as I have a small zero lot line home. I did not like that the spas were not priced at the spa expo. The delivery went a bit backwards as the tub initially delivered was not the model I had agreed to purchase. However, Jason, Elana, and the delivery team seemingly headed by Jasper and from Arkansas worked quickly and late into the evening to correct the mistake and get the correct model delivered. I have been enjoying my spa. It works well. I would recommend this system and both Jason and the delivery team from Arkansas headed by Jasper. If I could I'd give zero stars. Do not buy from these people. We purchased the 7x7 Michael Phelps spa. They said it was the best. Ok great. They said it would be delivered in June. It came in July. Not too bad. Well, they dropped it off. Literally 3 delivery people who knew nothing about the spa. We had purchased the PAD to put it on and we were instructed to have the ground prepared for it when it arrived. How exactly should that be done without the actual pad to see how it fits. Thankfully the delivery guys who do not work for this company helped us. Now the spa is here and it's a mess. No help from the guy who sold it to us and told us how easy it would be. They would help with everything. Yeah right! I've hired another company to set everything up and teach us how to maintain this spa. It's a beautiful tub. Get yours somewhere else. read more

It is no surprise this business is rated 2 1/2 stars. They sell a decent product, their customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. I have made 6, count them, 6 separate phone calls to try to speak to the manager Zach. Every single time I have been told either he's at the convention, eating lunch, with a customer, take your pick, but he will absolutely call me back as they have taken down all of my information. Of course, never ever get a return phone call. my last phone call I spoke to another guy who said he was a manager and he told me if he had to sit on top of Zack and dial the phone for him, I will get a phone call by the end of the day. Never happened. I get it in my vehicle and drive 40 minutes to the store in frustration. The response I get is "sorry about that, how can we help you today?" if you buy from this business, don't anticipate good customer service or follow up. You won't get it. read more

I've given them the benefit of the doubt. I've spoken to Ivan the service manager more times than Should be reasonably acceptable. They sometimes don't show up at all. And when they do Blake service provider literally lifts up the top pores in a liquid and leaves you could blink and he'd be gone never cleaning the tub never doing any type of real service every time I call there's one excuse after the other. Anytime I want to speak with anyone else so that the owner can actually know what's going on Ivan when he finally does respond never let anyone else know. Please be very careful when purchasing these spas from local dealers. I purchased my TS8.25 from Southeast Spas Inc. in WPB, Florida. After a year and 3 months Jets 1 was not working in my TS8.25. Not only are they not professional but will rip you off. They had their tech trespass into my property, I have the video footage no one was home at that time, voided my warranty and wanted to charge me over $500.00 for a pump when in fact it was the capacitor that costs $8.69.Everyone has a right to know what this company does to void a warranty they have their techs come into the homes without notice so that they can write and do as they please read more

Update: after a terrible purchasing experience we have now owned the spa for six months. Waterfall rusts leaving rust stain running down interior spa wall. Parts of smart top are rusted. Interior trim around control panel is faded. Jets are too far apart and don't touch your back so therapeutic benefit is non existent. Don't waste your money on what you think is quality. Buy from Costco and don't feel bad when you throw it away in a few years!! read more

All of the staff was friendly and professional, but Rachael went "above and beyond". She personally got us everything we needed and even explained how / when to use it in our spa. Terrible Customer service! Their delivery team was supposed to show up in the afternoon but showed up as it was getting dark. They delivered a hot tub that looked used and beat up with over a dozen problems in addition to the delivery team damaging our brand new lanai door and patio along with damaging the hot tub during delivery. We were told they have insurance but no one will provide that insurance information and we have not been reimbursed for all the damages. They just keep saying it has been passed onto the owner and ignore us. This has been ongoing for 6 months with no resolution. read more

Bought a Twilight Spa from a hot tub expo. Paid over $10,000 for this unit. Guys that delivered spa destroyed my screen door. I paid a professional electrician to install a whip prior to the unit being delivered. Had them come back out to make final connections. Filled up the tub and it didn't work. Called service guy and he tried to tell it had the wrong breaker installed. Electrician came back and had to pull apart the unit and rewire it internally because the wires were pinched at the circuit board. It was the correct breaker. Reached back out to service guy to see if they would reimburse me for the electrician's labor and he told me there is no internal wiring. Little does he know I am a Senior Project Manager for a large commercial construction company and am not an average home owner. Nor did he know I work with this Electrician a lot. read more
