    Nic Trillo was awesome to work with - if you call ask for him. I called Porsche Ontario, Porsche Boise looking for a Cayenne Turbo and was given the runaround before I called Champion Porsche. I was routed to Nic and he was prompt in answering questions and highly responsive to my requests. Shipped the vehicle from Florida to Idaho and had a very positive experience end to end.

    To begin, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews but I've been left no choice. My salesman was very professional, supportive, and did everything within his power (with management breathing over his neck I bet) + I was picked up and dropped off to the airport. I cannot let the good go unnoticed, thank you Champion for providing the uttermost best hospitality at my disposal. The 1 star is for this experience alone. Management and ownership get zero from me. The bad: I traded in a vehicle from Michigan. The vehicle was shipped, at my cost, to Champion. Given I had an insanely busy schedule, Champion would not allow me a few extra days to close the deal - it had to be the first of November. Have to prove to corporate they're a high volume dealership, of course! The choice of signing papers via mail was offered - but given this was my first Porsche purchase - I was excited and preferred to be in person for it. Upon arriving (after being picked up for free by Champion), I realized immediately the lower part of the bumper was hanging. I did my best to ignore it but how can you when you paid such a significant amount for a vehicle? The detail was also subpar with stains everywhere - again, ignored it to appreciate the experience. The stain becomes prevalent later in this story. I had the vehicle shipped back. I tried my best to live with the broken spoiler, but I could not. Champion's management - who never had the courtesy to even call or email me back (very professional guys!) and the owner offered me a whopping $250. Not a SINGLE collision shop is willing to fix the damaged spoiler. I've received quotes ranging from ~$800 to ~$1800. The vehicle was to have Paint Protection Film but due to the quality of the paint, this was not recommended and I had to paint correct the vehicle. While doing so, the detail shop (top tier working on very high end vehicles) realized the drivers window and front windshield were heavily stained. Unsure what Champion used but it destroyed the windows with stains that will not come off. To make matters worse, the vehicle is now leaking engine oil. I've driven the car ~400 miles or so at this point. CPO Panamera GTS with low miles going through such horrendous problems that could've been avoided. I should've trusted the other reviews and avoided this dealership. Luckily, my local Porsche dealership is nothing but great. Do not think the largest is the best. Despite Champion having a BEAUTIFUL facility and great sales folks (from my experience), management and ownership want nothing but $$$. We're all in it to make money, but please have some decency. I recognize I did not purchase a brand new vehicle and should have addressed these concerns before singing papers, but have doubts anything would've been done. I've filed a complaint against Champion through Porsche NA in hopes of receiving some sort of resolution. Truly did not want to leave this review as I was treated well during my visit, but the problems overweigh the good. Update: Porsche NA and Champion WILL NOT help and declined. Pathetic and money hungry thieves.

    Our experience at Champion Porsche could not have been more wonderful. We were greeted by Jean Carlos Madera, "J.C.". He asked us what we were looking for and after we told him that we would like a Macan he told us that he had only one available. It was a beautiful car, but it was an electric blue color that wasn't really our choice. By chance another Macan became available in our preferred exterior color which was white, it had a "Bordeaux" interior ( burgundy leather) which was something that we came to appreciate, it's a fashionable color on many high-end vehicles and we now love it. The entire experience from beginning to end was very pleasant, seamless and we are extremely happy with our new Porsche Macan. Thank you JC. for your sincerity and professionalism.

    Last week I had the pleasure of buying a brand new Taycan from Champion Porsche. I worked with James G who made the entire process completely pleasant and seamless. I have always driven Porsches and had an outstanding relationship with my dealership in PA. I relocated last year to FLL so it only made sense to buy my new car here. James listened to what I was looking for patiently and helped me find the ideal Taycan in this very tight market and got me a very strong deal on my Cayenne S as trade. If you are considering a new or pre owned Porsche, I could not provide a higher recommendation to both Champion as a franchise and James G as my personal sales consultant. Even after the sale, James has been right there answering questions about the car! PS if you are reading this and looking for a superb deep Grey 2019 Cayenne S with u see 5500 miles, you should go buy the car I traded. It was fantastic.

He offered that all cars were open and most had keys to start and test. He was a little surprised that we recognized body work, repainting, and bolts rusting and unmatched. He did offer that pricing on EBay was current and very little negotiation was possible. We passed as the only units that seemed to meet our wants were sold and awaiting shipping. Lots of stock but most did not meet our desire. No harm but use BBB and Yelp to measure all ratings not just EBay. Long term business and ownership was offered also. Wish we found something but might check back in future.

Despite this, I decided to take the risk. Here's what happened: ‼Security Red Flag: The salesman, David Rubano, requested a photo of the front and back of my credit card to his personal cell phone. Reluctance to Finalize Sale: Despite having full cash ready, they created multiple obstacles to complete the transaction. Unnecessary Deposit: They insisted on a $5,000 deposit even though I was paying in full. Poor Customer Service: The salesperson was nonchalant and unhelpful. In Detail: I went to this dealership ready to purchase a car outright with full cash. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. The salesperson's request for sensitive information, the insistence on a deposit, and the overall lack of professionalism were major letdowns. I would strongly advise considering other dealerships. Final Note: I suspect the dealership might attempt to fabricate an excuse for these issues, but two things stand firm: the BBB rating and the screenshot of the salesperson's request.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

Throughout the sales process, I repeatedly asked questions about the financing terms, the total cost of the vehicle, and exactly what I would be responsible for paying. Salesperson Jeremy Rivas consistently focused on my BMW X1 trade-in, my $15,000 down payment, and the monthly payment of $1,444.79. I spent hours reviewing the numbers and trying to fully understand the transaction. I still have the worksheet used during the negotiation. It contains the trade-in value, down payment, monthly payment, and financing term. However, it does not mention a balloon payment of $42,568.75 anywhere on the document. I left the dealership believing my obligation consisted of my trade-in vehicle, my down payment, and 36 monthly payments. Only later, after logging into my BMW Financial Services account, did I discover that the contract included a final balloon payment of $42,568.75. My complaint is not that the balloon payment exists. My complaint is that such a significant financial obligation was never clearly explained to me despite my repeated questions and despite the obvious language barrier. Had this obligation been clearly disclosed and explained, I would never have agreed to this financing structure. Customers deserve transparency and clear communication when making major financial decisions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at BMW of Pompano Beach.

    Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! Skip this store!…read more Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of "evaporative," repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational. What made this worse: * No greeting when I entered the store * No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself * Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake * Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times. I left without the part. If you're going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone's competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What's even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don't think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can't find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store.
