Incredibly disappointing experience here. Was recommended by a friend and reached out directly to salesman. Was quoted a price that was very close to what I was looking for on a Macan electric. Asked for small additional discount and was told they would see what they could do but we would need to come to store which is a distance away for us. My wife and I drove (car is for her) and was told now they could no longer honor the deal and the salesman started screaming at my wife within 5 minutes of arrival during the vehicle demonstration that he sets the prices not the management to the point that she just went back to our car and cried for 30 minutes. She just wanted a test drive. Salesman Bruno told us we should try another salesman at the dealership which I did Larry. He told me he could not honor Bruno's price and the cost was now $5000 more. Tried to reach out to ownership but they also were very unhelpful and rude. My father is a large car dealer in the Tampa area and my wife and I are both doctors. We have a number of vehicles and have never had this experience anywhere. I went to Porsche of West Broward the next day and we purchased the vehicle with a great experience, done in a few minutes and everyone was pleasant at a much lower price than even the initial offer from Champion. I would avoid this place like the plague. I don't understand how they do business like this, everyone seems angry and totally indifferent to the customer, not at all what you expect at a Porsche store. I just don't understand how they can scream at clients on arrival and change the deal in writing and management supports this. This seems to be their modus operandi. At any other dealership if a salesman yelled at and threatens a client (much less a female doctor) to the point where she was sobbing and they would not continue to be employed. I was recently in the market trying to acquire an allocation for a Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 like just about everybody else! As this is the last hoorah for the ICE for the Cayman and Boxster, getting an allocation for the last petrol gen is quite tricky. I am originally from Pompano Beach and thought about this dealership when I was unable to get anywhere with my local dealership in Asheville, NC. I've lived in NC since 1996, but I still go home to Pompano to visit family so I thought, if I could, I would buy the car at Champion and drive it back to NC. Given that I was out of market, I didn't know how my luck would run. As it turns out, I lucked out and cold called the dealership and got Matt Hobden on the phone. I talked to him and explained my situation and he was extremely friendly and professional; he told me that Porsche was due to drop more Boxster and Cayman allocations soon and he would get me down for one. He sent me a form to fill out for a deposit to secure the allocation and asked me to send him the build code. I got all that done and Matt was great to deal with. I would have purchased from him and Champion without a hesitation, but a dealership in TN about 280 miles away from me called me back first. Even though I never bought the car through Champion or Matt, I wanted to write a review because as a potential customer, he made me feel as though I'd purchased several cars from him already. He never once was anything less than professional, courteous and personable. I would have zero hesitation sending family and friends in S. Florida to him for a car. Even though I didn't get a Cayman from him, it was not for a lack of trying on his end. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 Cabriolet as Certified Pre-Owned from Champion Porsche in Feb 2024. Since then, it's been in the shop eight times for the same convertible-top defect and has spent months out of service. While driving, the top collapsed onto my head -- a serious safety hazard that could have caused an accident. Champion improperly certified my car under the Porsche CPO warranty, and when I tried to use that warranty for the top defects, coverage was denied. Despite a formal demand letter from my attorney, Champion never responded. Porsche should buy back this defective, unsafe car and take responsibility. read more

Incredible dealership with four showrooms and acres of lot space filled with every type of Porsche imaginable. My sales associate, Ray H was great. He never rushed me and thoroughly explained everything about the car, service, maintenance, and the figures related to the purchase. Also, every employee I encountered while I was there was friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately we could not get the deal done. To begin, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews but I've been left no choice. My salesman was very professional, supportive, and did everything within his power (with management breathing over his neck I bet) + I was picked up and dropped off to the airport. I cannot let the good go unnoticed, thank you Champion for providing the uttermost best hospitality at my disposal. The 1 star is for this experience alone. Management and ownership get zero from me. The bad: I traded in a vehicle from Michigan. The vehicle was shipped, at my cost, to Champion. Given I had an insanely busy schedule, Champion would not allow me a few extra days to close the deal - it had to be the first of November. Have to prove to corporate they're a high volume dealership, of course! The choice of signing papers via mail was offered - but given this was my first Porsche purchase - I was excited and preferred to be in person for it. Upon arriving (after being picked up for free by Champion), I realized immediately the lower part of the bumper was hanging. I did my best to ignore it but how can you when you paid such a significant amount for a vehicle? The detail was also subpar with stains everywhere - again, ignored it to appreciate the experience. The stain becomes prevalent later in this story. I had the vehicle shipped back. I tried my best to live with the broken spoiler, but I could not. Champion's management - who never had the courtesy to even call or email me back (very professional guys!) and the owner offered me a whopping $250. Not a SINGLE collision shop is willing to fix the damaged spoiler. I've received quotes ranging from ~$800 to ~$1800. The vehicle was to have Paint Protection Film but due to the quality of the paint, this was not recommended and I had to paint correct the vehicle. While doing so, the detail shop (top tier working on very high end vehicles) realized the drivers window and front windshield were heavily stained. Unsure what Champion used but it destroyed the windows with stains that will not come off. To make matters worse, the vehicle is now leaking engine oil. I've driven the car ~400 miles or so at this point. CPO Panamera GTS with low miles going through such horrendous problems that could've been avoided. I should've trusted the other reviews and avoided this dealership. Luckily, my local Porsche dealership is nothing but great. Do not think the largest is the best. Despite Champion having a BEAUTIFUL facility and great sales folks (from my experience), management and ownership want nothing but $$$. We're all in it to make money, but please have some decency. I recognize I did not purchase a brand new vehicle and should have addressed these concerns before singing papers, but have doubts anything would've been done. I've filed a complaint against Champion through Porsche NA in hopes of receiving some sort of resolution. Truly did not want to leave this review as I was treated well during my visit, but the problems overweigh the good. Update: Porsche NA and Champion WILL NOT help and declined. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. There was a complete lack of customer focus, respect, and willingness to help. Instead of proper communication, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and disregard. The service supervisor, Indira, was rude and impatient. Instead of helping, she said: "I've been working here for 18 years and I know what I'm talking about" -- as if that excused her unacceptable behavior. In the end, she simply hung up on me. I called back, and they transferred me to a male manager -- who immediately started speaking in an aggressive tone, clearly having already been "prepped" with a biased version of the situation. Rather than trying to help, he started quoting prices over the phone -- without even doing any diagnostics. When I calmly asked him to be respectful and stop being confrontational, he kept interrupting me and eventually hung up on me as well. It's shocking that people like this are allowed to represent the Porsche brand. No effort to listen, no respect, not even basic courtesy -- something I've never encountered, especially at a premium dealership. Shame on these employees. Hello, I'm from Montreal, Canada, and I own a 2024 Porsche Cayenne S. Recently, an engine light came on, so I reached out to Champion Porsche for assistance. Unfortunately, I was appalled by the poor service I received. Since I'm not an existing customer, they told me they couldn't take my car in for at least three months. Our experience at Champion Porsche could not have been more wonderful. We were greeted by Jean Carlos Madera, "J.C.". He asked us what we were looking for and after we told him that we would like a Macan he told us that he had only one available. It was a beautiful car, but it was an electric blue color that wasn't really our choice. By chance another Macan became available in our preferred exterior color which was white, it had a "Bordeaux" interior ( burgundy leather) which was something that we came to appreciate, it's a fashionable color on many high-end vehicles and we now love it. I Called to make an appointment with service only to be hung up in my face when I tried to find my vin after not even 2 seconds. When I brought this to their attention when I called back, they tried to deny and lie. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came in for the service regardless because it's the closest Porsche to me. They told me changing a tire would be less than an hour over the phone. After all, all I needed done was to change 1 flat tire. I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours with an appointment. I came in at 2 and left at almost 5pm!!!!!!! FOR 1 TIRE CHANGE!!!!!!!!! I asked on the phone if I should leave my car there and they said to just hang out in the office it'll take less than an hour, if I knew it would take over 3 hours I would've planned my day accordingly!!!!This is unheard of and extremely unacceptable!!!! So after just buying this vehicle not even a month ago, Porsche employees have lied to me a numerous amount of times and it's only been the first month. read more

He did not tell us the car would go back through a leasing service, and we would be charged for excesses miles. Wish we had known this before we purchased yet another Porsche. Having trouble with my 2023 Macon I called Champion. After calling back twice, finally got someone from service department. I was told that I had to make an appointment and would have to leave my car at least a week as there were people before me. No loaners until May. I asked if I could bring the car on the day of the appointment and was told No. Basically they said try another dealership. Wow. Champion Porsche - My sales person trying to get me to accept ripping me off - Car Dealers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

My service advisor (Drew) was very unprofessional and had no clue what was going on regarding the cars being service. This was the first time I had been there and I was told they were the largest and best Porsche dealership in Florida. When I called to schedule my routine service (oil change), I told my service advisor that I lived an hour away, and I would need a loaner car. She told me they did not have any loaners for the next few weeks and guaranteed me that the service would take no longer than a few hours if I came in on a Saturday morning. I came in first thing Saturday morning expecting quick and reliable service. They took my vehicle in, and my service advisor then reassured me it should not take more than two hours. I waited in there café for the full two hours and then went to my service advisors desk for a status update. She said "I'm so sorry it's going to take a little longer, maybe an hour" I walk over to the dealership next-door and test drove a car and look around while I kill time. I came back two hours or so later to my service advisor's desk to ask for another status update. She mentioned " oh my gosh I am so sorry I don't know. They're very busy in the back it shouldn't be much longer." I asked well how much longer? She mention maybe an hour. I decide to go back to the showroom and look around for maybe the fifth time and a very kind salesman named James approached me and mentioned that he's seen me here since this morning. I told him I was getting my car serviced and that I was told a couple hours but it had already been five hours. He was very disturbed and offered to go in the back and check what was going on with my car. He came back and told me it was just getting into a bay and it would take another hour. At this point I was extremely upset. I was with my girlfriend who volunteered to come with me since it was the weekend, so I didn't want to make a scene. The sales department ended up closing. We were sitting in the service department but they turned the lights off on us, so we sat outside. James was closing up and walked past us and mention that he was so shocked we were still here and how sorry he was for the experience. Finally, an hour later, my car pulls out and there was grease all over the front of my car. I was undescribable upset. My service advisor said she was sorry and she would clean it up really fast. I turn my back for a second while she goes into the service bay. I then see her scrubbing, my hood, bumper and front fenders with a dirty rag, full of black dirty oil marks, that she grabbed from a work bench. I quickly told her to stop so she wouldn't scratch the paint and she acted like she had no idea. I call back the following Monday to speak with the service manager, Cindy, and I was told she would call me back. I called back in the afternoon and her assistant said she would be in a meeting for the rest of the week. I was very confused. I waited until Friday to call again and her same assistant mentioned that she would be in a meet until end of the next week. I don't understand how someone who is suppose to be managing the whole service department is in full time meeting for two weeks. The most unfortunate part is that Friday night, while I was driving, my car went into limp mode, and every check light came on the dashboard. This was while I was driving on I 95 in West Palm. My vehicle literally stopped driving, so I quickly try to maneuver to the side of the freeway. I called the local Porsche dealership to see if they could pick up my vehicle but they said since I recently had it serviced, it was most likely due to an error with that so I should call them and have it picked up. I called Champion along with the service advisor. I explained the situation and stated that I needed a tow truck as soon as possible. She said that the soonest they could pick up my car was Tuesday, four days later! I explained my car was parked on the side of the freeway, and that I was in a dangerous situation, but she said there is nothing that could be done. I called AAA and had to pay for them to tow my car to a nearby parking area to wait until Tuesday. On Monday I called Champion, requesting to speak again with Cindy and that it was an emergency and was told that she would call me as soon as she can. Champion ended up pickup my car and they said it was the wheel speed sensors and they replaced them under warranty. Somehow if a wheel speed sensor malfunctions, a porsche will lockup and not move, which extremely dangerous. I never heard from Cindy, calling occasionally requesting to speak with her and still, several months later have not heard from her. read more

I have two experiences with Champion Porsche: one was not very good, second one was terrible. I relocated to Boynton Beach Florida almost two years ago. In August 2023 I brought my Porsche Macan for three years of service. To my surprise when I got my car back it was in worse condition than I brought it. The message was in the display that something was wrong with the engine and I needed to contact the workshop. It took them two days to correct it. My service adviser was Jefry Rodriguez. On Feb 18 this year I was driving at 4 am from Boynton Beach to Ft. Lauderdale to run half of a marathon. It was pouring rain, and dark, and when I almost arrived, I hit some heavy object on the road. This completely ruined my two left tires and wheels. I called AAA and asked them to tow my car to Champion dealership. It was Sunday and I left my car at the dealership. On Monday Jefry Rodriguez called me and told me that the car has more damage than just tires and wheels and I need to call my insurance. I called State Farm and was waiting for Jefry to call me back. After a week of waiting I messaged Jefry to find out when my car would be ready. Jefry did not respond to me. I called Jefry. He was furious and told me that the car had a problem with the suspension or steering wheel insurance disagreed with him and repair of this car should cost me $22,000. Then later in a minute after conversation, Jefry told me that repair should cost me $15,000. All these made me very suspicious and I decided to tow my car to the State Farm shop for repair. State Farm shop repaired my car and it cost less than $4,000. Thanks to Jefry Rodriguez, I get my car back in 50 days after the accident. Based on this bad experience, I do not think that Champion Porsche should be awarded status number one. I think such a kind of deception does not fit the dealership with status number one. I think that Jefry Rodriguez should be dismissed from his duty as service adviser. I will never step on this dealership again. read more

I gave this dealership 5 stars for my purchase But 0 stars for service received a recall notice called for an appointment in January earlier appointment available was end of March 2024. i received a call that they could see my vehicle on 3/5/24. I bring it in here we are 2 weeks later and it's still sitting in their parking lot unseen. keep getting told it should be seen soon. why have me drop it off if you don't have techs to look at it. Doug Parman was not helpful and was misleading during my experience with my 2022 Taycan. I booked my appointment to service the roughly 7 recalls about a month and a half im advance to have the issues addressed. Upon arrival at the dealer, Doug Parman informed me I would have to find a ride home because my insurance doesn't cover loaner vehicles, this was something that should have been clarified before Doug claimed he would have my courtesy loaner vehicle ready for me. Shortly after finding this out, I asked Doug how long the service would take and before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off and said "I dont know" in a careless way, his lack of care and interest in helping the customer was very apparent. After the vehicle was dropped off I was checking on the service status and it was only after a month of my car being at the dealer that the car actually started to get worked on. Doug should inform customers that their car will be sitting around for a month before getting serviced and not act as if he doesn't know service vehicle inflows/ estimated wait times. When it came to trying to sell me new tires he was on his "A game" but when it came to assisting me with my recalls he was completely unmotivated in helping and kept pushing my vehicle to the side. I would highly suggest the dealer to retrain Doug Parman as to how he can better assist customers and also to be more professional with his customer service skills. read more

I was shocked at the completely shiteous experience I had at this dealership today. I have owned a Porsche before so my trip here today was not my first rodeo. I knew which car I wanted, I had my Hummer cleaned and ready to trade in, title in hand, I was ready to go! Shame no one from the dealership got the message. The dealership itself is very unique. It is made up of 4 separate showrooms, each with its own receptionist, show cars and what I assume Sales offices. The problem I had today is that no one from the dealership was interested in me at all. I must have come across 8 or 9 different employees. I was not engaged once. No "hi how are you today, how can I help?" When I walked into the showrooms I immediately noticed eyes going down to cell phones. No one there wanted to be bothered by a paying customer. Oh I forgot we are now to be called guests not customers. Well I felt like an unwanted guest today. After walking the dealership for 30 minutes I had enough. 911's are a dime a dozen and there are many for sale right now. One thing I will not be doing is patronizing this business in order to buy mine. read more

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Champion and worked with Jimmy Hahn. First I want to say Jimmy was great. He was very patient and worked with us to find various versions of the vehicles to test drive. He answered all our questions and on delivery did a great walk through and showed us how everything worked. This was our first time dealing with Porsche and I think for the most part it was a good experience on the sales side. However I cannot give them 5 stars because there were some issues that in my opinion should not have happened. The vehicle we were going to purchase had a sticker price on the window but then the paperwork had a higher price by like 3-4k. I let them know that price was wrong and after some "investigating" they come back and say the window sticker was wrong and the actual price was the higher price. After some back and forth they agreed to meet us half way. However this left a bad taste in my mouth, you messed up, you should eat the cost not the customer. Especially given the already over inflated used car prices. I would not expect them to give me the car for free due to an error, but the original price they had on the car was inline with other similar cars being sold at other dealers. During any other time I would have probably walked away. I picked it up on a Saturday, that Monday the car was dead in my garage. I managed to jump start it and drive it back to Champion where it was for about 2 weeks waiting for a new battery. Service had no loaners, but Jimmy was able to find me a used Macan from their lot to drive while they had the vehicle. I worked with Danny in service and he kept me updated on the status of the battery. When the battery did finally show up Danny got it installed and fixed another minor issue that same day which I appreciate. I'm just not sure a car that was just certified should have a bad battery, especially when it's a special battery that's on back order. Overall had they not messed with the price of the car it would have been an excellent experience and what I expected from Porsche. However given that they did I feel it kind of cheapened the whole thing. It was still better than most dealers though and I think Jimmy and Danny made the best of a shitty situation. We'll see how service is moving forward, but I would purchase from them again. read more

Champion Porsche - 2018 Macan (out of state purchase) - Car Dealers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

First surprise was that I had to wait longer than a month (5 weeks) for the first available service appointment, a simple oil change! I scheduled the appointment for the first oil change with the "Requested Arrangement" selection "Waiting at the Dealership". When I arrived at the dealership at 2 pm for my appointment, I was told by the assigned service advisor that he has no available technicians to perform the oil change and I would need to leave the car there and was offered a loaner. To be frankly honest, I am having a busy work schedule and to send me back home with a loaner, so that I would have to take off time at work again the next day to come and pick the car up again is not acceptable, especially because it is only for an oil change which takes 15 to 30 minutes and after waiting 5 WEEKS for my appointment. Any Jiffy Lube or other oil service station does the oil change within 10 minutes, without appointment you might wait 30 minutes. It's so frustrating to have such a bad service experience, that I regret to buy a Porsche!!! I think because of the "no care" attitude of your employees you are losing lots of customers - and this probably are numbers of car sales in the 3 digit area each year you are losing because of substandard customer service! I still have a bad test in my mouth with this place. if you ever go avoid to work with JORGE TORRES... What an horrible salesman.. It does not deserve to work at Porsche.. I put a deposit on a car without testing the car because they were closing (Torres recommandation) the car was ready 2 days later but I bought one in the meantime elsewhere. I texted him and told him. He was very nasty and never took care of the deposit. I had to call multiple the store to finally get someone to do it. Not the experience I am use to when I buy cars.. Stopped by to see the Porsche Panamera since I'm wanting to upgrade for 2021. Definitely upgrading many things for 2021. The dealership was super clean. Everyone wore a mask. Everyone was friendly and not your typical harassing dealership salesperson. They actually allow you to walk around and see the cars in peace. I called to ask if they'd replace the battery on my Porsche and the woman on the phone said she didn't have time for me, and transferred me, which then hung up on me. I called back and said I understand you're busy- it doesn't have to be today. Can I bring it Monday? She said the earliest we can do it is three weeks from now. And pretty much could care less about me and my car. Bad service, probably extends to their car sales too, so I'd skip this place. How hard is it to be polite? Update: changing this to 2 stars because I got a call from David in service, who was nice enough, but by then I'd already gone elsewhere. read more

Can never get a loaner here and am made feel bad when I ask for one. On second Porsche in 6 years and I feel like I'm taken for granted. I'm born and raised in north Florida and the Ocala and Orlando Porsche offices made me feel like family. In South florida I'm treated like a nuisance. I guess I shouldn't be complaining because I'm lucky enough to be able to drive these amazing cars but I work hard to be able to be in that position and now I feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff and not sure if I'll buy a 3rd Porsche.
