Service here has become dismal and required complaints to BBB on Sheehan Cadillac and also Cadillac itself. Suspension issue (Apl 2026) ... first they don't hear it, only short drive in parking lot under revisit. Next is a new driver side axle. Didn't work, we all agreed but had to take unit home for 3 weeks while they slow order part. Next is strut, only one on car with 30k miles. Didn't work. Didn't align. Client traveling so take car and pay for alignment sending Cadillac and Sheehan pics, only one side out , the one changed. Now car pops on all speed bumps and original suspension wobble is still there too. So we are told to wait two weeks for loaner (June). Car is under factory bumper to bumper and free rental should be part of process but isn't. 4 weeks later and no contact, Still no loaners but driving by dealer has numerous vehicles with "courtesy loaner" hidden behind the used car building. Six weeks later and still no help or willingness to resolve. Both SM and ASM are unhelpful and uncaring. So now BBB involved and Auto Line complaint filed (July). There are TSBs in place, regional GM repair techs, and more if only the dealer wanted to assist. It's clear they prefer to try and out wait the client in hopes we go elsewhere. Salesman Melvin and his scam manager David is too busy to strike you with extra fees but not to solve the problem. I have been in the car business before and always had integrity for my clients. WOW! Everything is great during the buying process, but damn hold onto your wallet when you go to sign the final papers, and they spring on you all those extra charges! It's all bullshit charges to make you spend more. Don't fall for it, get up and walk, they will change their minds real quick. When challenged, the dealer pointed to fine print disclaimers claiming prices exclude certification and reconditioning fees. In Florida, mandatory fees must be included in the advertised price. Burying them in disclaimers does not make the pricing compliant with Florida Statute 817.44. The vehicle was not available for purchase at the advertised price plus only tax, title, and registration. This is misleading pricing, and buyers should be aware before engaging or traveling to the dealership. DANGER! Deceptive Practices! Buyer be extremely carful. I purchased two vehicles from Sheehan Cadillac after spending nearly four hours at the dealership working through the sales process. Only after investing that amount of time and moving toward finalizing the purchase was I informed that I was REQUIRED to purchase an additional $5,000 dealer package in order to complete the transaction. This package was not presented upfront and was communicated as a condition of sale rather than an optional product. At that stage of the process, after several hours at the dealership, I felt completely cornered into accepting something I never asked for simply to finish the purchase. For clarity, my sales representative Justin was professional and respectful throughout the process. The situation changed once the General Manager Mark became involved. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a very uncomfortable experience. He was even rude and disgusting in front of my 8 year-old son who asked me why i let a person speak to me that way. Consumers should be extremely cautious and confirm all dealer add-ons before beginning the purchasing process. Introducing mandatory packages late in the transaction after customers have invested hours at the dealership creates a pressured environment that undermines transparency and is 100% deceptive in nature. After you purchase a certified preowned lemon they will ignore you. They will not refund you and they will not make it right. I purchased a new car and was very unsatisfied with the way I was treated by Scott, the finance manager. He changed the mileage on my lease agreement without telling me. Then had an attitude about changing it. Once it was changed I had to get the GM to confirm it was revised. GM simply made excuses for the FM, just horrendous treatment toward someone that just leased an 80k vehicle. I'm giving this dealership a ONE star because of the awful manager Mark. I didn't even bother to ask his last name. First I heard him yelling at my sales guy John Cunningham about some key tag the manager wanted immediately. My husband and I could hear Mark yelling at this poor man. John was amazing and handled it with class. The process was long but we were very happy. As we were leaving we heard this manager yelling at another employee. From what I gather this is his way of talking to all his employees. Sheehan isn't that family oriented if that's the type of man they think should be running their "family " business. We trusted Sheehan Cadillac as an out of state buyer, and trusted an automobile labeled as a "certified vehicle" for a sight unseen purchase. The staff quickly and politely finalized the sale and shipping. Upon delivery we were happy with what we saw, drivers assist and parking assist service lights we on and were told to take it into service because under warranty... Who does that with a freshly delivered certified chowever we had some upgrades/ customization done to the vehicle and this is where the nightmare and dishonesty began. We were informed that the vehicle was possibly in a collision or some had some sort of front end damage that was untold to us by Sheehan. Now we find ourselves supported 100% by Cadillac Corp to reclaim money paid for a vehicle that should have never been priced or sold as a "certified vehicle". I never bash or bad mouth in reviews, but we are a good family and we were misled and now looking at 2ndary legal Help to reclaim value and money we paid for an inappropriately marketed "certified" vehicle! Second and most importantly, since the "repair " my car has needed to be jump started twice. I called my advisor Vanessa Bastos for assistance and she NEVER returned my calls. Since I had to drive to work, I went to a battery service and spent 319 dollars for a replacement battery. Previously I have nothing but positive experiences with Sheehan but Vanessa is negligent at best and totally incompetent at worst. I brought in my leased XT4 here because my Q screen turns off when I connect my IPhone to Apple Play. My car was kept for a day, a loaner was given to me. The loaner vehicle was filthy, dust everywhere, cup hold has stains, smells dirty. I was happy to get my car back. But when I did I still had the same problem. Notified Jaime about he and he completely blew me off. Said he will set up service for the following Wednesday, never did. When I called him about he says he is going to have to call me back. My Geico adjuster works at this location but as he was working on my appraisal I took a peek inside and it seem to be fully functional body shop. I asked the shop manager for an envelope whilst I was leaving and he answered as if I was bothering him. Maybe he took out his anger on me or it's because my adjuster Eric doesn't work for them directly so he didn't care to give me an envelope because the front desk had left to lunch, He could of been nicer. They looked at the car ant told me I needed a ac actuator and that the cost would be $2800.00. I did not have the servicce done and thank God I did not I went to a local guy and he repaired the car that it turned out only needed an ac refresh. The final cost to me was $80.00. After having the Escalade towed in to Sheehan Cadillac dealership on thursday morning, We were able to speak with the Service Department Manager and go over everything, the Service Writer had been let go that morning, I guess we were not the only ones with issues with him!! Also had the head Mechanic meet with us and they were aware of issues, and they are going to go over everything that was done and suppose to correct everything, however found out yesterday that the Radiator they had replaced Is Defective and it Blew out the Engine!! so now they are going to Replace the Engine with a brand new one, New Radiator was waranteed so it will be replaced at now charge to me! So now will be without the vehicle for up to 2 weeks, but will be getting a new engine, hopefully everything will be done correctly and all the other stuff repaired also, I will keep giving and update on how everything turns out in the end! Do not take your car here for service. Service dept is horrible. I have been trying to get my brand new 2022 Escalade repairs since 2 weeks after I bought it in December. The car had issues within 2 weeks of purchasing it with a defective computer system. 8 weeks later they received the part and are telling me that I have to get my own rental car while they repair it. These cars cost a lot and if one comes defective from the plant, then I expect to be given transportation while it is being repaired. They also told me the only way they would provide a car is if it was disable or putting me at risk. Well how do they know I am not at risk driving it when the screen just disappears sometimes. They have put me and my family at risk. This is my second escalade and I will never buy from Cadillac again. Sheehan service department is the worst. I had to deal with 4 different service representatives since december. Then I called Cadillac headquarters and they were no help either. Next will be my attorney. read more

In that time period i went over 50000 miles. Next a plastic overflow container went. 7 weeks later the part showed up. my reward for being a 25 year customer was a $1700 dollar rental bill and a repair bill of 340 dollars to but the 30 dollar part in. 230 an hour labor???? I bought this warranty because I was told again by my service advisor that the factory warranty had expired. No nonsense dealership. Ask for Bert as your salesman! Night and day experience from other dealerships. I was looking to lease a car and was given a price of $847 a month for a 10,000 mile lease. Called Sheehan and they got me in to a more expensive model at 12,000 miles a year for $721 a month. The sales manager and Bert were great.
