Can never get a loaner here and am made feel bad when I ask for one. On second Porsche in 6 years and I feel like I'm taken for granted. I'm born and raised in north Florida and the Ocala and Orlando Porsche offices made me feel like family. In South florida I'm treated like a nuisance. I guess I shouldn't be complaining because I'm lucky enough to be able to drive these amazing cars but I work hard to be able to be in that position and now I feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff and not sure if I'll buy a 3rd Porsche. Having trouble with my 2023 Porsha Macan. I am being nice...They deserve no stars. I am a woman of color who purchased a Porshe Macan (2023 DEMO) late January 2024. This is my dream car. I am the first owner. Immediately as I drove the car off the lot, I felt the front end shaking and the driver's seat heating up without the seat warmer on. I took the vehicle back to the dealer and got a loaner for a few days. They replaced a tire and said the vehicle was OK. After a few days of driving the car, I kept feeling the driver's seat getting hotter and hotter and I did not have the heater mode on. Note, the back of the seat did not get hot only the base. I contacted the dealer for a 2nd time and was told to bring the vehicle back to be checked. The service rep told me the leather seat was getting hot due to my body heat, and I should use the cooling features to cool the seat as I drive the vehicle. I left the dealer again and was still feeling the heat from the seat which appeared to get hotter as the air condition cools the vehicle. I tried to return the vehicle for the 3rd time and after a week of waiting (they dis not have a loaner), I dropped off the vehicle and they transported me to work for 3 days and I paid to UBER back home each day. Five days later, the service manager contacted me and said they performed a "factory reset on the vehicle, and nothing was wrong with ii...nothing showed up on the computer. The sun hits the car at an angle on the driver's side which was why the seat got hot." By the is time (about 5 weeks after buying the vehicle), I told the service manager I wanted another vehicle because I was uncomfortable driving the Macan. Bear in mind, I drove others Macans and they had no problem with the driver's seat heating up. I was referred to a sales rep who offered to buy back the Macan for $14,000 less than what I paid for the vehicle. This is the help I got from this dealer. The service manager also told me, after waiting two and a half hours for them to return my vehicle, that she was doing me a favor by offering to drop off the vehicle (I live 15 mts from the dealer and I offered to pick up the vehicle). Currently, I am driving the vehicle with the seat still hot. I use the cooling feature, but it does not fix the problem. I also purchased a seat cover. I am trying to find someone to remove the seat to check the sensor for any electrical shorts. I love the vehicle; however, the service I received from the dealer was so poor. They refused to fix the problem. The sales and service rep were nasty. I contacted Porsche USA and got no help either. I hope no one else experience what I went through. PS If there is anyone having the same issue, please post here...I will follow-up. I am also looking for suggestions on how to fix the problem. read more

It took five days to service my Car for brake work. First excuse for the delay was no availability of the parts. No loaner was provided. There was no one responding with respect to when it will be repaired despite calling after three days at Champion service center. Very poor customer service. I'm a physician, father, and long time Yelp-er. Note that almost all of my many past reviews are 5*- I really love to applaud and support good businesses which exist all around us. But here is my experience with Champion Porsche. Champion listed a beautiful classic p-car on CarGurus recently at a pretty reasonable price. Despite me living on the opposite coast, I was interested and started communicating via the CarGurus portal. For the right 993 in the right color, I'd happily spring for the shipping. They emailed me back that car is available. I spoke with a very nice salesman today and he had satisfactory answers to all of my questions, and even mentioned that this particular car was owned by an employee at the dealership before being recently listed both on the dealership's own website as well as CarGurus; with servicing taking place at Champion itself for the past many years. He reassured me that as a dealership, they only sold cars in great mechanical condition. He agreed to FaceTime me around all details of the car and it starting up and driving a bit- after all, it's 25 years old and I was not expecting cosmetic perfection. He was ready to take my deposit. In the meantime, I arranged via Yelp for a very local (3 miles away) and highly rated independent Porsche shop for a pre-purchase inspection this Fri, after my deposit. Told salesman was fine with this as well, including the shop picking up the car. He Stated my deposit would be 100% refundable if I didn't go through with the car due to any big finding that the Indy shop found. I of course would be paying for this PPI, as well as arranging my own coast-to-coast shipping. What came next was appalling. I cannot blame the salesman for it because I got the feeling that he was earnest and honest about the whole encounter. But in our follow-up conversation a few hours later, he told me that when he told the manager that he was selling the car to a CA buyer and taking deposit today , with an outside PPI this week, shipping next week, the manager told him that actually the car had (a) four rips not seen in ad photos in the soft top; (b) two spots on the front and rear bumper needing paint touch up not seen well in photos; and (c) a large engine oil leak. They also communicated to him that they were NOT planning to fix this oil leak before sale, and that it is reflected in the 'good price.' I was fine with (a) and (b) which I considered par for the course for a 25 year old car w/ 50k miles on it. But I was blown away by (c). How can a licensed Porsche dealership knowingly sell a non-roadworthy car without repairing the major known engine flaw? This violates the letter and the spirit of consumer protection laws. It would be one thing to buy a car with a major engine flaw FROM A PRIVATE PARTY as long as there were full transparency and the price represented the needed repair; but not from an actual Porsche dealership. And would anybody at Champion even have told me about this if I hadn't requested an independent PPI? Or would they have just shipped me a known lemon to CA! The salesman confessed to me that he was in a tough spot and felt uncomfortable moving forward with the transaction on these terms dictated by management, at least showing integrity. But management needs to know that this type of bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable. read more

BUYERS BEWARE, Worst car shopping experience EVER! This is a immaculate dealership but that's about it. My wife and I went to buy a Porsche Panamera GTS. We waited for about 45 minutes before anyone greeted us. When the salesman did finally come over and greet us, he seemed preoccupied with his phone. Immediately he proceeded to offer us a cappuccino, and told us he would be right back. He never came back. We spent over an hour looking around no one else came up to us, to ask us if we needed any help. To run a dealership or any company for that matter this way is absurd. We came to the this establishment to buy a car that is priced at $129,350, and left with the conclusion that they were not interested in our business and we left. As we were leaving, we seen the owner just sitting in his office doing absolutely nothing. When he should be using his free time to pay more attention to how his employees are handling their potentially new customers. My wife and I went to BRAMAN Porsche of Palm Beach. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door, our salesman was very personable. Excellent service. We are Extremely happy with our new purchase. If like HORRIBLE SERVICE go to Champion Porsche of Pompano. If I was offered by YELP to rate a negative star I would rate it that. Unfortunately we do not have that option offered to us yet. You only have the option of putting one star. If you care about how you spend your hard earned money and would like to be treated with respect STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They obviously do not care about their customers! It is Horrendous that PORSCHE would allow their brand to be tainted by this dealership. My father-in-law has purchased several Porsches from Champion and has nothing but great things to say. So, when it came time for my wife (Jennifer) to buy her 2019 Porsche Cayman, Champion was the choice for us. Bruno Giordano went above and beyond in reviewing several options and packages for the Cayman including building her own. After some discussion we decided to go with a personal build out of Stuttgart, Germany and added the Porsche Delivery Experience in Atlanta (where we live). Bruno was amazing, keeping constant communication in every step of the process, aiding in any/all paperwork and letting us know where my wife's cars was in production/shipping. Bruno's recommendation to add the Porsche Delivery Experience was ideal and truly the icing on the cake! We were then taken to the private Porsche Delivery Experience area where my wife was introduced to her personally designed Cayman. Chris Ivester; the Porsche Drive coach, spent nearly an hour and a half covering every feature and setting. From there, it was out to the track where Chris guided Jennifer in the mechanics and handling of an identical Porsche Cayman. They went through an extensive series of performance - acceleration, braking, handling and regaining control in limited traction situations. After an hour and a half Jennifer was given the keys to her new Cayman. We would have never thought to do the Porsche Delivery Experience if it was not for Bruno Giordano - I cannot honestly say enough on how AMAZING this entire experience was - THANK YOU BRUNO AND CHAMPION!!! Dropped of my truck there yesterday, waited 30 minutes to speak to my service representative Bradley. He was paged multiple times overhead and none of the staff members could locate him. When he finally got to the service office he just sat down and said nothing didn't introduce himself. I then had to ask him if he wanted my name or information so we can start the process. Today i called back to find if anything was assessed or started-- Bradley got on the phone and before I could even say more than my name he jumped down my neck to tell me there's no reason to be checking up and hasn't got to my car yet. I told him it would be best to let a client speak before attacking and assuming what Im calling for, as i just wanted to inform him that if it doesn't look like it can be completed by Friday to let me know asap as i am a nurse and will need to figure out a car situation. He is rude and inconsiderate and acts extremely uninterested in his job. I would rather drive to the other location than have this man help me again. He is awful. read more

Very very hard to have any problem at all with this place! It's a bit like saying "This car is awful - every time I press the gas pedal, my neck snaps back- ouch !" or "Outrage ! This car gets awful gas mileage" It is what it is folks...no reason to have any complaints here. I've dealt with all sorts of dealers over the years and this place is really exceptional. I give them only two stars because they list cars on their website that are not available. When you call about them or go when they tell you that either, the car has a deposit or multiple deposits on it, is waiting for parts, or in service. In short, the car is not available, or is not available for viewing. Why not wait to put it on the website or flag it as having a deposit or unavailable for viewing at this time. And I am not talking about just a couple of cars but I would say the majority of cars on their website fall under this restriction. I feel they then try to gear you to the few cars they have on the showroom floor, which, of course are usually much higher than the one you're interested in, I just like more transparency with a company that I am giving my business to. read more

So yes it is a pretty dealership, I have no issues with that. The issue I have is that when you apply for financing to purchase one of these automobiles they will pull your credit report from not one or two institutions but actually 7. Yes I said seven. They actually lowered my credit score by 33 points by pulling my credit inquiry over and over. Then when you call them they play dumb and ask really? we did that? I am still waiting to hear back from this dealership who appears to have no scruples as their kickback on the financing end goes higher when the persons score is lower. seriously. read more

I have been a Porsche owner for a long time and had to get my Macan fixed so I sent it here. After getting a quote on how much it would be to fix it , I decided it might of been better idea to sell it to them with the idea of buying another car. We talked to one of the preown reps after having to call two weeks straight to get an answer. He negotiated exactly what I had owed on my car. We then keep calling to figure out the next steps and no one would respond. This went on for 5 weeks!!! I ended up having to pay another car payment and drive to the them to even get an answer. They then don't even want to match me on what I owe and completely forgot/didn't care about the fact I was willing to buy another car with them. So I ended up having to pay more and now looking for another car from a different dealer. Their lost since I was planning on buying two cars. read more

I recently purchased vehicle from Champion and the experience was first-class from beginning to end. I found the car through the Porsche "finder" website and called the dealership. I spoke with James Giniewicz and we made a deal that day. Champion is about a four hour drive from me and as I was figuring out the logistics of getting the car home, James called back and offered to deliver the car to me free of charge. The following weekend, Champion's senior driver (JR) showed up at my house with the car on a flat bed. We got it unloded and the car was exactly as described. He took the time to answer all questions, moved us through the process thoroughly but didn't waste our time. We did our research before going in but I knew I wanted the Macan and knew exactly what bells and whistles were a must. We got there at 5pm (dealership closes at 6pm). Saw the car, asked all the questions, filled out the credit ap....the next day, we were back at 1:30pm and everything was ready. We did the paperwork, changed the tags, competed the trade in and we were off and running in a little over an hour. This entire process took about two and a half hours from pulling in to leaving with the car. All of this was thanks to Manfred and Dee from finance.
