She attended the 2-3yo classroom and both teachers were caring and truly love what they do as educators. My daughter would come home telling me about her day in school. Up until we had an incident, and thought the way that one of the newer teacher at the time handled the situation absurdly unprofessional. We were able to talk to management/director regarding the matter but it was overall negative which ruined the entire experience. That particular teacher that was involved was later resigned/let go but we did ended up moving on to another preschool shortly after. Also, their staff turnover rate is extremely high. For the year that we were enrolled, we would meet new teachers every 2-4 months. At the time of enrollment (2021-22) they were in the process of renovating the campus, everything was new and clean. The teachers and staff are friendly. My daughter is in a toddler classroom and Ms. Maria, Yancy, Melissa, and Jessica have been very patient. Director Thushara and Ms Antonette have been very helpful and answering all the questions and concerns. II can see my daughter is happy coming to school everyday. I love how they have the daily reports so parents are included in their daily activities. Thank you to these wonderful teachers and staff!

Joseph and Kulani have been so patient, kind, and understanding -- they really take the time to make my boys feel safe, comfortable, and proud of themselves in the water. Big shoutout to the area director who came by to give helpful tips and guidance on how to best support the swim teachers with my boys' needs. That extra care meant so much to us. It's not always easy finding places that truly understand and care, but everyone here has shown such heart and compassion. Thank you for not giving up on my boys and for believing in them every step of the way. We're so grateful for all of you at Waterworks!

We felt that the class size was small and he was truly enjoying the lesson. However, after 4 months, and after spending close to $520 he is still in Academy 1. There's been over 5 different instructors. Each time the instructor was switched, it was like we were starting over. Every 30-minute lesson is the same without spending time on skills the student actually needs to improve on. I've spoken to the deck managers and the front desk multiple times, however, would never really get an answer. Due to the lack of help and constant frustration of every swim lesson being the same for the last 4-5 months, we've decided to drop the program. We are extremely unhappy with the service and lack of communication on PSA side and will not be recommending this academy to any of our friends/family.
