I passed the driving test at West Covina DMV today! Since I've been driving back in my country and other states with my international license, I asked for a 2-hour in-car lesson before I take my driving test. The price is comparatively reasonable! Niko came pick me up (dropped me off too) and started letting me drive all the way to the DMV. I have to say that she was super nice!!! BE CAREFUL. I called them and they were very nice on the phone & set up an appointment. The day of the appointment ( early Saturday morning ) I get a text saying the driver is lost. Then half an hour later they say the car broke down. I was skeptical but I rescheduled for the following week. On Wednesday they said the car was still broken. When I asked if the school was registered with the DMV, the receptionist seemed offended. She then told me I could find another place to learn how to drive. I was concerned by the lack of transparency since the DMV tells you to make sure that the school is registered. Although the reviews indicate otherwise, I'm disappointed to say that all I received was a bad first impression and terrible customer service. read more
