And he wasn't pushy and the way he was talking calm and the responses I said can I come and see you Sam? He laughed and said "sure". I drove there and saw how humble and respectful Sam is. My daughter just passed the DMV driving test this morning, and we are so happy! This is the best driving school that we ever had. Some schools don't have actual locations, and others pick up other students while teaching one. With ACE driving school, I had to wait for more than an hour until she was dropped off since Leo, the instructor, had to pick up another student and took my daughter with them without a warning or apology when he dropped her off. With Glendora Driving school, I have peace in mind since this is a one-on-one lesson. Sarah, the manager as well as the owner, is very caring and has quick response. She works hard, in accordance to our needs and requests. My daughter luckily had Kevin, the best instructor as we heard. He is very detailed, strict (in a good way), professional, and very knowledgeable (he also used to be the owner of a driving school). I chose this traffic school because it was local and offered an on-line option. I paid the $25 fee and received confirmation that the payment was approved. I received the program but after multiple attempts I couldn't open it. I called their number and sent them an email asking for their help in logging in. I never received a response. Since I couldn't take the course I asked my bank to reverse the payment but the traffic school denied my request. I would not recommend this school. John Koncki read more

I want to attend face to face Traffic School, I called and was told they only offer online traffic school and it will cost me extra. I live in Covina, CA and the traffic school is in the Covina, area. I must continue my search. I read your reply, the information you stated after my complaint was the information I really needed to know. My complaint was obvious when you said the courthouse charges is an administration fee and the traffic school is $100 and online is an additional $25.00. Also, the online is all that's available and I need to wait till next month. I haven't been to a traffic school in Twenty five years and I wanted a face to face class not online. I'm so thankful to Andrew & especially Kevin who really taught me a lot of details on the rules and how to maneuver properly with even a detailed drawing so you would understand more before you do it yourself... I really like how they were patiently teaching and giving instructions & they are really help their students pass...Kevin was the one who was with me on the day July12,2021 Monday,of my test at the DMV and he tried to calm me down not to feel nervous & made me feel more confident on that moment! The instruction was ok, but the car did not seem well maintained. The pedals in the car seemed off. They felt "mushy". Both the accelerator and the break. I have been in other instructional driving cars. The pedals did not seem that loose in other cars. read more

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for helping me past the written and my driving exam in one try! I prepare 80% of my test through the driving school and 20% on my own. Think about it like learning piano, your teacher gives you 80% of the information. But if you don't learn the extra 20% and PUT TIME TO PRACTICE the 80% information that was given, you won't be able to play the music you know? This is a long overdue review because I had past my exams like few years ago but the instructor and people who run it are still the same so here I go. Sarah (usually works the front desk) is very kind and understanding when it comes to scheduling. She always tries her best to make sure that the time I was scheduled for fit my schedule. I took my first class with an instructor that I do not want to name but I switched directly to KEVIN and I am glad I did. Kevin is very sweet and patient when it comes to teaching. He explains everything thoroughly and does not make remarks that make me feel like I suck at driving. If I do something wrong, he will calmly explain it to me until I understand. I did not have a car at that time so I only practiced 8 hours of driving in total. For the test, I rented the car from the driving school and I drove all the way to the DMV with Kevin. My sister failed her driving test even though she practiced more than me but this is not the school's fault. She was nervous but we have rescheduled and added more lessons for her, so I am positive this time she will pass. read more

I used this school a few years back when I needed to get my license. I had two instructors, Kevin and another younger guy who appeared to be of middle eastern descent. Kevin once picked me up on a dark rainy day evening and he yelled at me harshly because I didn't break once. I will never forget that moment because who yells at a new and nervous student driver? He was yelling at me asking "why did you do that" several times which startled me and obviously ruined the way I was driving the rest of the night. We were alone in a residential area when it happened, not in busy traffic. The younger instructor would also show frustrations when I had some difficulty with parking on the curb. Their attitudes were harsh and disgusting. Of course I'm a much better driver now but that was through my own learning and experience and not through them. read more
