I attended a two hour home brewing class here and was blown away. The owner, Charlie (along with comrades Dan and Andrew) gave an incredible presentation in a relaxed atmosphere. We sipped various brews and discussed taste profiles, hops, grains - you name it! The guys were so laid back and friendly and answered all of my asanine questions. I bought a home brewing kit and can't wait to get started, even if my first batch turns out looking like the gruel they ate on the ship in The Matrix. If you are even REMOTELY interested in beer, you'd be a fool not to check out this establishment. I'm already looking forward to trying a plethora of recipes and becoming a regular customer here. The front seems underwhelming but once you go in, it's one of the nicest, cleanest liquor stores I've been in. A perfect "one stop shop" if you're looking to make a nice dinner, grab some alcohol and even dessert. They have all kinds of specialty foods, meats, cheeses, ice cream etc. Along with EVERY kind of liquor you're looking for. High end tequila, craft beer, wine I mean this store has it all going on. It's a business and businesses have to do what a s necessary to survive. But, less personal? Actually there was a really nice woman to help me. I went in a couple weeks ago and a super helpful woman helped me getting a case of wine. When she asked a co-worker ( youngish guy) to help carry it to the car, he said no. She was very gracious and said, 'that's ok. I'll do it myself.' This was a splendid response to an unbelievable jerk. So kudos to her and shame on him and if the owners read this they should fire that idiot and give her a raise.
