All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and professional. The store was empty on the two occasions that I visited. This left plenty of places to sit down and try on sneakers. They have lots of inventory for the entire family. I found a pair of sneakers that I liked but they did not appear to be the same quality of my other purchases so I passed. I stopped a manager and asked her if she had another pair she told me no, and all her merchandise was out, she offered to wipe the shoes off and sell them to me. Why would I buy shoes that need to be cleaned off before I purchase them? No thank you and she didn't even offer me a reduced price. I will never go back in that store again that was unsanitary, and not helpful
