Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by 2 store attendants. They also informed us of their current sale--buy one get one half off. One of the attendants happily pointed us to the the kids section, which also has a lot of discounted shoes. There were a good amount of shoes in various sizes but not a distinct boys & girls area. All the kids shoes seem to be consolidated and organized by general sizes. In the end, we wound up getting new pairs of shoes for our 4 kiddos because the discounted shoes on top of the store's sale was a deal we couldn't pass up. The attendants were also very sweet and offered our kids some free stickers. Our shopping experience was very pleasant and left us thinking that maybe the hubby and I should get new kicks ourselves next time.

She was so insightful and even picked out a pair, very different from the styles we had chosen, that my sister LOVED! In addition, I now know my shoe size, width and arch height. I am trying to walk more (after hip replacements) and I feel very confident in the support I get from these shoes. Also, the manager, Brian Hall, made a brilliant choice to get Maddy to help us. Clarks offer one of the most comfortable shoes for me. I must own at least five pairs I bought…read moreover the years. Now as long as I can find some pair(s) which are in the style I like, I'm in business for a super deal. Outlet stores often offer buy one pair and get 1/2 off on the second pair (of equal or lesser value) deal. If you can find two pairs you really like, it might make it worthwhile to purchase your shoes here. My wife and I sometimes have good luck finding one pair each (of similar value) to take a full advantage of their offer. Even then, it translates into about 25% off per pair of already reduced outlet prices. If the second pair is a lot less than the first, you obviously don't receive a good deal. I have seen some offers like BO and get the second pair for $20, or some other variations of offers. Additional 10% military discount is a plus any day. Happy hunting.

Without any notice, they CLOSED my account simply because I paid off my credit card and hadn't used it for 18 months. The reason I hadn't used it was because I've been busy caring for my children with autism and haven't had the chance to go out much. The most upsetting part? I only found out my account was closed when Credit Karma notified me--NOT the company. I had planned to use the card for an upcoming celebration, but now I can't. When I called to ask why, they told me it was because I didn't use it for 18 months straight. So basically, they're forcing people to "use it or lose it." That's not loyalty, that's a trap. This decision also dropped my credit score, which makes this even more devastating. After almost two decades as a loyal customer, I regret ever trusting this company. They clearly don't care about their customers as people. This kind of practice should be illegal.

Throughout the search of the aisle, I was approached several times to see if I needed any assistance. The first time, I didn't notice because I had my music going. The next time, I made eye contact with the guy and told him I was good. I also made a once over of the clearance section. Not much there. I am going to have to check out other locations when I stumble upon them. Not a bad location, but you kind of have to keep coming back as the stock rotates.

This store is big and very well organized. It is easy to navigate. Very bright and well stocked. I went directly to the novelty tees, as I usually do. Grab a few there and then go back towards the clearance rack. Not finding anything on the clearance rack I went and checked out the jackets. I have one that will last another year, but it didn't hurt to look. When it was still cold out, probably not the best time to look as the prices were still high. Knowing, and being aware that, this is here. I will keep that in mind when I need to grab something clothing wise. I enjoy their line and will continue to shop here.
