I found Vahan on Yelp. Needed a chandelier installed. He removed the old one and installed the new one.. Normally I do these myself. But due to the high ceilings and a staircase below, it was nearly impossible. I called Vahan, he drove down to take a look at the project. Told me with confidence he can do it. He came back three days later on time and with a smile on his face. Got the job done perfectly, efficiently , with a beautiful outcome. Exceeded me and my wife's expectation!. Vegan came by for a free estimate on Saturday and he agreed to work the next day on Sunday. I decided to go with him after 6 or 7 estimates since he was the most reasonable price bid and seemed honest & sincere. I wanted to install 2 chandeliers in the kitchen island where we had no previous electrical wiring for chandeliers and replace one of the broken LED recessed light on a 20ft ceiling. He came prompt at the appointment time, put on booties for his shoes, covering for all the flooring, including kitchen island and off he went to work. He was able to install the chandeliers w/o making any holes, left me w absolutely no clean up after. He also replaced the broken LED by using 2 ladders... All by himself! Work took him about 4hrs total and I'm beyond happy with his work! I'd highly recommend him and would hire him in a heartbeat to do any future electrical work. He's genuinely super nice guy and very efficient & professional. Look no further for an electrician... Especially if you live in Valencia! read more

I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, cheerful, capable response. It's nice to have things working again the way they should.

I opted to have someone come out just so I can be clear on what I'm looking for. Prior to arrival I received a text that Sam was en route. Sam arrived on time, and looked at where I wanted the outlets and quickly provided me a quote. I went ahead and called back to accept the quote, and Sam was able to come out the next day. Sam and Dallas showed up on time and went straight to work. They were both hard working, respectful, personable, and extremely knowledgable. They installed 4 GFCI outlets and replaced another outlet in about 3 hours. I was very impressed because every time they wanted to move personal items on the countertop they would ask me first. Sam also noticed that I was working, so he would warn me when it was going to get loud, and asked if I would be in any meetings or if it was okay to shout out to me - I found this to be extremely considerate. We had Vahan come and install a receiver in our home office ceiling light/fan. While he was here we asked if he would look at another ceiling light/fan that was vibrating very bad, without hesitation or asking for more money he found the problem and fixed it. He is very reasonable, nice and a quality craftsman. It is hard to find quality repair/electrical people like this now a days. We will refer him to businesses and friends, along with calling him again for electrical issues. read more
