Reached out to Gavin for a service call on the bistro lights he did for my backyard 5 years ago. 3 issues I had. I recently had a new fence installed and the fence company had no idea how to reinstall the poles. Another issue I had were my g50 lights breaking from the sun damage on one side of the patio. Pretty disappointed trying to obtain services from here being a first time customer. I reached out before Christmas to inquire about backyard lighting set up and the owner Gavin responded later that day saying how busy he was because of Christmas season and he wants to definitely give me his business but to contact him after Christmas as that was the best time. I understood and told him I'd definitely contact him after the holidays and also stopped looking for others for the service. After New Years I contacted him again to see when would be a good time for us to talk about the service we wanted done and reminded him of our convo. It took 3 days for him to respond back to me (I understand how busy people can be but 3 days? For a response to a new customer?) then he replied that he's super busy and I caught him in the busiest time of the year because he was tearing our the Christmas lights from his customer. I don't think this is the way to treat a new customer that waited to contact you back specially at a time you requested and then to say that it wasn't a good time. Anyways I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to contact me once he was was free and guess what? It's now March and he never contacted me back.
