Best in class cabinets. Installed via Dave R. Williams build (~9 years ago) and I still look at them with awe.

Chandler Cabinets and specifically the upper management visited my cabinets and the problem presented. The cabinets are literally leaking sap all over. I hired an attorney and they lawyered up. They know the wood was defective from their supplier. They had more money to drag it out and escape their responsibility for cabinets with sap coming out of the wood. I am disappointed - I thought they had more ethics! read more

I have been waiting to write this review hoping things would improve but truly, Chandler is not worthy of any "custom cabinet" description. Used per my builder - perhaps they are used to large spec home work, but their cabinets are such poor quality it's embarrassing. I have drawers that won't shut, trim falling off, nails coming out of cabinet bases. And this is after spendIng close to $200,000 on alleged "custom cabinets.". DO NOT LET YOUR BUILDER TALK YOU INTO THIS COMPANY. In all my years - from growing up, to my dingy college apartment, to my rental home (which was torn down!), I've never had such poor quality cabinets. Considering legal action at this point. read more

Horrible customer service. Years ago Chandler Cabinets built out my custom cabinets throughout my entire 14k square foot home. I have been calling and emailing for a few months to get an estimate for new cabinets. I was told that I couldn't get anyone to come out to measure for cabinets without having a contractor which isn't true as I have always been my own rep and contractor. I was given the run around by Megan, she has an extension that she NEVER answers and definitely never returns calls. I emailed and she returned one email and said she needed more detail on the job. I gave that info and still no feedback. I called again and spoke to the Paige at the front desk only to be told "oh we not taking any new customers anyway". Megan never replied to my email. If they weren't taking any new customers that could have been stated in the beginning verses having me waiting and calling with an expectation of getting someone to come out to measure. Years ago I dealt with the owner and I'm not sure who is running things so unprofessional nowadays or just collecting a paycheck and not responding professionally but this is a huge problem. I know companies grow and get bigger but customer service should excel not go down the drain. read more

My contractor recommended we use Chandler. There were some issues during the process, however, Chandler did their very best to rectify them. I must give credit to their staff (specifically Kim and Mike) They took the time to patiently work through each item and come to a reasonable solution. It was a great representation of the professionalism and integrity Chandler has as an organization. When a problem arises, you want a vendor willing to address it, not ignore it -- like so many other vendors do. read more

Installed our kitchen cabinets for our new build, neglected to install the tip tray in front of our sink that was ordered, and left our pull out trash drawer completely off in the hinges. Got them scheduled to come back out and the trash pull drawer fell apart within an hour after they left. All around very disappointing workmanship. read more

The craftsmanship is stellar, every cabinet looks like a piece of art. Drawers and cabinets fit, open, and close smoothly. The quality of wood make our house stand out. We couldn't be happier. Where Chandler Cabinets stands out even more, beyond all others, is the people and the quality of their customer service. We recently had a major water leak that required over half our kitchen cabinets be replaced. It's not just the fact that the new replacements are identical in appearance and quality to the now 11 year old cabinets on the other side of the kitchen, it's how fast and how willing Rocky and his team worked to get our replacements made. In a time where new construction and business is booming, Rocky worked us into the design and production schedule and had our new cabinets ready to go well in advance of our renovation schedule. The big gold and black trucks and trailers pulling up in front of the house is a welcome sight. Every team of Chandler employees coming to our house have been friendly, attentive, and extremely skilled in their craft. They were the contractors for our home remodel. They delivered custom kitchen cabinets that were not deep enough for our appliances and responded by refusing responsibility and offering suggestions for fixing the error. They had the plans, appliance info., etc. and whoever actually made the cabinets, didn't adjust the depth when plans were changed, obviously an error on their part and yet they did nothing to rectify the situation. Every time I look at our appliances in the kitchen and bar area that stick out more than 1" from the cabinets, I am reminded of their mistake and their refusal to acknowledge making it. DO NOT USE CHANDLER CABINETS!!! We had a custom home built in Prosper, TX and our builder talked us into using Chandler. We had several instances of damaged cabinets being installed, wrong cabinets being installed, missing trim, exposed nail holes, scratches and just flat our crappy cabinets. Chandler cabinets is an incompetent and careless company that will be quick to take your money and then leave you out to dry. read more

Very talented carpenters and supportive staff... If you have some cabinet work or a center island you would like built, then look no further. These guys do all the work for the high end homes here in north Dallas. And, as such, thought they would be expensive... but they were not. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Special thanks to Justin and Zach who had patience with our many design revisions, Olman who did the install, and Teresa and Connie in the office. Terrible customer service. I initially called with no answer. I called back again and got a person, made my spiel about what I wanted built in my home, and she replied with you need to go to the website and fill out a 'contact us' form. I thought a phone call was a lovely was to contact them, but apparently they're internet inquiries only. I was emailed back that night by Theresa Hubert stating they were unable to take on this job at this time. My knee jerk response was, why? She replied "we can only take on so much at a time." Totally understand that concept but instead of providing a quote and saying "we can't do this for X weeks", I just got a no! Wow! I would have loved for the lady on the phone to tell me they weren't taking on any work at this time to save me the trouble of measuring the room, but apparently they're selective in the size of job they want to do. read more

Waste of time dealing with them. We were referred by a friend. Customer service is horrible. Didn't answer us for quite some time, when we finally got to them- they asked us to design our own cabinets as they were too busy. The lady was very rude. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

I had new wood floors installed in my new home and two days later when Chandler installed my cabinets their utterly careless installers dragged mud all over my pristine wood floors and did not even think twice and kept working till they finished their job. Unfortunately I was not there to stop these knuckle heads. And, their cabinets are average. Buyer beware. read more

I am a designer and doing a full house remodel and contacted Chandler Cabinets to set an appointment for a work estimate. I spoke to Teresa Hubert on the phone, she was unfriendly and snarky, I was told she couldn't talk to me and that I should just go online and fill out a form and someone would get back to me. I promptly did so, and was then sent an email from Teresa stating they weren't interested in taking my business and thanks for contacting them. No explanation given, very unprofessional. read more

I called and asked for a quote, and the lady I spoke with said I needed to go online to submit something. With three kids, getting out my computer is sort of a chore, but I did it and submitted the info she requested. I then received a short response with no explanation that said "we are unable to take this on." What a waste of my time and energy. Why couldn't she ask me over the phone and respect my time by saying they wouldn't take the job over the phone?! We are definitely wanting playroom cabinets/shelf/desk system, and possibly a wet bar area, and ceiling beams in a dining area. I am insulted at their response, and think it is extremely unprofessional. When I asked if they have someone they recommend, the person she recommended to me doesn't do ceiling beams, and doesn't even provide a finished product and says you have to have it painted yourself. I wouldn't use this company based on their terrible customer service. I get the impression they don't care about anyone but themselves. read more
