I did not know that, when I called for a service call. They informed me of the cost, and I agreed. The technician arrived and after explaining my problem, he thought that the solution could be a fuse. He then informed me that the cost would be $75.00 for the fuse. I thought that there must be a very specific fuse, but it turned out that it was a simple 35amp fuse, that you could purchase for less than $2.00. I was absolutely shocked that they were going to charge me that much. I had no choice but to have to pay it. I attempted to contact the office by phone to complain and speak to someone. There was no one to speak to, but I left a detailed voicemail. I was also informed that I would have to email them, as that was the only way to contact them. I did, but received no response. I then contacted them again, and still no reply. I then resent the email, hoping that they would act responsibly and professionally. It has been over 5 weeks and I have been completely ignored. I have attempted to speak with someone, and finally was able to speak with someone that provided me with the information of the company that was the actual owner, and after telling them of my situation, they said that since I would not cont to use their services, she hung up. I also renewed a service contract, with Absolute Value, not Oasis and want the prorated amount refunded to me. No response again. I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, they are not a reportable company!

In addition, he went beyond my request and inspected the whole roof to fix other issues like broke tiles , cleaned birds debris and fixed cracked mud holes .which to my surprised other companies did not do that ( I call four roof companies to give me best bid).
