Chandler Chiropractic has been phenomenal in helping me get back to feeling better! The doctors are attentive and put together a custom program for me. There are three chiropractors and each one has similar techniques, so I don't feel like I miss anything between any of them. They gave me exercises to do at home so that I only need to do exercises with their equipment for a short time in the office! I have a busy schedule so I don't like needing to be anywhere for too long. This is definitely a place where everyone knows your name and other patients that I've met are so kind and friendly! I have had a couple massage with their massage therapist and she is amazing! I am always looking forward to my next session! I am grateful my headaches and sciatic pain are improving!

My spine all weird shaped and stuff.

I'm not trying to sound dramatic, but I'm about to sound dramatic. One day, I had a major migraine, and I googled random chiropractors in the area. I was hoping one of them could snap my neck and put me out of my misery. You know--the sweet release of death. I made an apportionment here, and then I read the reviews, and I was like, "Aw heck naw." When I called back in to cancel, they were like, "Just try us out, and see if your mind changes." Don't tell me how to live my life. Well, I tried them out, and my mind changed. You know how you can judge a restaurant's cleanliness by their bathrooms? In today's age, I base how cool some places are based on their website. Well, I judged this place too quickly based on the 1998-style neopets website. I even came in and was like, "Your website needs a bit of work." But man, I was wrong. This place is sleek. My neck and back was hurting since I've been playing position one hard carry on DotA 2 for a bit. My teammates were so heavy, and they just made my back ache so bad. Learn to play on the east coast server, instead of US West, you know? I'm kidding. I just have terrible posture when I work and play games all day. I get frequent migraines and headaches, and no matter how many times my parents have smacked me with chopsticks to scold me to sit with better posture, I have to protest because I'm not about that life. My first visit, they grabbed a few X-rays of my hunchback of Notre Dame spine and neck, and I couldn't tell the difference between my spine X-Ray or the curvy wrinkles under my eyes after a 13 hour shift. They already captured my attention with the spine pictures, but I was in too deep so I opted for the 50 visits. The ones WITH physical therapy because I know my own lack of self discipline to do any exercises at home. And I also know of all of you who act like you're "going to do the exercises at home" could probably stand to lie to yourselves a little less, so if you're there anyway, paying a little extra keeps you accountable. I kind of noticed the differences after a month of coming. I honestly don't remember the last time I had a migraine. And I don't massage my arm muscles as much. I feel like my mood is happier because I realized I didn't have to wake up feeling kind of achey and cranky? I felt like I protested going to the chiropractor for a bit. You know when you're young and get bruises or sprain your arm, and it heals in a few days or something. But when you get old, your body starts betraying you, and you can pick up a cup of water and throw out your back? Well, now I have just accepted that time has taken me to older age, and it's time to deal with it head first, instead of letting it envelope you like a blanket of darkness until you become a Scrooge. Speaking of Scrooge. When I first came in, I didn't want to talk to anyone because I'm not trying to get to know about everyone and their lives. I'm kind of an introvert, and I'm usually peopled-out by the time I get to the practice. I began coming in like Scrooge or the Grinch and suddenly felt a shift to positive change as time passed, but dangit. I came in one day huhuing about my job problems to a couple of them, and they took extra measures to help my mental health as well. Why did I have to get to know these people, ya know? Everyone here is kind and nice and all that jazz. To the point where I do the little gun-finger hand motions to say hello. Some days, I'll even throw in a wink if I want to add more flair in that day. You know, a little paprika to my greeting. But time to get to know the employees has brought some sort of warmth to my cold heart. As time passes, I'll eventually run out of visits, and have no real reasons to interact with any of them. I'll come by once in a while to get adjusted, and maybe I'll come to find out the staff find new opportunities elsewhere. I'll probably never see them again in my life. I know I'm writing a whole narrative here, but the point is that they not only fix you physically, but mentally as well. I could do the little, "You need to come here! My neck and back feel so much better!" spiel. But I'm not the boss of you. I'd challenge you to try it out yourself, and in the future, when you're less broken and crying happily, with your tears all over my shirt, you can say, "Thank you, random person on Yelp."

I have been going here for a few months now. My husband referred me so now we come together. They are so thorough and friendly. Clean and inviting office. The message therapist is fantastic. They're like family now. Highly recommend.

Been coming here every so often over recent years for a variety of issuse from ankle, to lower back…read moreto neck issues and have always experienced great care from their physical therapists and it remains a place I recommend for injury rehab and education regardless if you are a pro athlete, a weekend warrior, or a regular joe injured on the job or doing everyday activities. Not only are they skilled to help, but they asdo do care. But that also means that there aren't sometimes issues that need attention or rectifying. The lost star from this visit is becasue of certain assumptions made during my visit. It is common fore your therapist here, when applying cups or needles as a therapudic tool, will walk away and work on others. Sometimes they dont return and another care professional will finish up. On this case, that was what happened and I was just handed some papers showing after care execises to do at home. The problem was, there was no communication as to the purpose of each or demonstartions. Because they know me, there was an assumption that I know what to do at home. Although a picture and description is helpful, it is very easy to do things wrong making it ineffective to the intent or in such a way to cause undesired pain or fatigue. So always ask, if it is your first time with a new exercise or you are addressing a different issue from the last time, ask for a demonstration before you leave. They have offered an opportunity to come in and go over those exercises as part of my last appointment. Transparency, this is an edited review. Other issues involving a new person at the front desk were resolved after one of the owners called me personally to better understand issues I had. That is being resolve with both Training and any other type of customer support notification. And the fact I was called, vs. a canned written response on yelp, shows that they care and further supports my positive recommendation. Thank you Ignite Physical Therapy, located in Chandler on Riggs & Lindsey (north-west corner), for caring, especially Richie and Tara.

Every single person who works here has treated me with respect and has demonstrated a commitment to figuring out what to do to return me to fully functioning. At one point I hadn't been able to walk unassisted for over two years due to lower leg and ankle injuries and a surgery, and now I'm fully able to do that. I also have had a number of back issues including a fractured vertebrae and age related disc deterioration. It's amazing the amount of pain relief and return to normal functioning I've achieved due to the treatment here. The approach here each session includes personalized manual therapy and manipulation (so much more in terms of time and effectiveness than other offices) and a personalized exercise program, with attention paid to comfort level, correct implementation, and increased improvement. They provide take home illustrations to support continuing at home progress. Doing what is right should not be complicated…read more My in-clinic experience at ATI was fine--the physical therapy itself met expectations. The issue is with billing and how ATI handled my account. Before scheduling, I spoke with multiple receptionists to confirm insurance coverage. They reviewed my plan, took a couple of days to verify, and then assured me--both over the phone and again at my first appointment--that I had a $0 copay. Based on that assurance, I chose ATI over another clinic where I already had an established care team. However, after my first appointment, ATI abruptly canceled my next session and later informed me that I in fact owed a $40 copay. While the amount is not significant, the principle is. I had confirmed coverage multiple times before starting treatment, and my copays have never been $40. Months later, despite my objections and attempts to resolve this, I received a collections notice. Even after calling ATI's customer service multiple times, being transferred repeatedly, and being promised follow-up, no resolution was ever provided. Instead, my account was sent to collections, negatively impacting my credit--all over a charge I was explicitly told would not exist. This is not just poor communication; it is a bait-and-switch experience that shows disregard for patients. Trust matters, especially in healthcare, and ATI failed to uphold the basic responsibility of billing patients accurately and honestly. For those in the Phoenix area, I recommend one of the many other physical therapy clinics in town. Physical therapy itself is largely the same across providers--what sets a clinic apart is how it treats its patients. Unfortunately, ATI has shown me firsthand that they do not prioritize doing right by theirs.
