I bought a new bx2680 with a loader which wouldn't come off the tractor. I was charged 175 dollars…read morefor them to haul my tractor to nacodoches and they said nothing was wrong with it. The salesman Marcus lied to me and said my loader was out of warranty after a year. He smiled when he said it and it WAS still under warranty. It had a two year warranty. It took me a year to get it fixed. I called the service manager from Lufkin to my house and showed him the cracked weld on the loader stand brace. He told them to refund my money and it took two months of me calling to get a refund. They also said they took the loader off 10 times and nothing was wrong with it. When they brought it back to me I couldn't get the loader off. Today I found the loader stand adjustment bolts were never installed so I had to manually lift the stand to the retaining hooks. The rops bar wouldn't fold over because the bolts were installed wrong. The 3rd function control was wired directly to the battery which the service manager in Lufkin said wasn't right and the third function control was wired backwards. I bought this tracker when it was Hammer equipment but Marcus is still there and I regret paying 23,000 cash and being treated this way. Go to Lufkin, they have mechanics there that know how to work on a tractor. A service rep told me they don't have any mechanics in Nacodoches. That was 5 years ago. Maybe they do now but the mechanical work is done in Lufkin. I have bought a box blade and other supplies and bought all of them in Lufkin. I told Marcus I'd never buy anything from his dealership. Marcus made this personal when it should have been business and this is no way to treat a customer. I have told everyone I know who buys tractors about this.

I called the Nacogdoches store to verify that they had the 5 gallon Crown kerosene cans in stock…read more The person helping me said that they had 3 cans in stock and they were $19.00 each. I told them to check the price again and they verified that the price was correct. I then drove 15 miles one way to pick up the kerosene and loaded my cart with the 3 heavy cans and proceeded to checkout. At the checkout I was told that the price was $29.99 a can. I told them that I called before I left the house and the price that I was told was $19.00 each. The manager was called and he told me that the price was $29.99 each. He said. "I do not know who told you that price. Sorry." All that I can say is that the help needs more training and that they should not quote prices that are not correct. Especially if the customer asks twice about the product and drives a long way only to have the prices switched upon arrival.

I even sent him a video on 7/27/17of the problem. He forgot I sent it to him so I called him back. He asked could he take the tractor home to see if he could replicate the problem. I agreed, and was told he would pick the tractor up ASAP. Today is 8/30/17 and I haven't heard another word from them. Unbelievable
