When we tried to call and ask for suggestions on where we could find a sink that fits, they said that it wasn't their job to know what kind of sink would fit. After calling Sears and talking to maybe 20+ Sears agents, there is not anyone who will call you back to see what in the world is going on. I was told of (3) three different email address's to send pics, video and my complaint to and still nobody has called me! I've been telling those Sears workers they need to be seeking employment because at this rate Sears Hometown won't be around much longer. Leslie On Oct. 28, 2021 a technician was supposed to show up.
