My wife and I needed a battery due to health problems making it difficult to get out of the chair at those times when the power goes out. The new manager Drex sold my wife and me a defective Enouvation battery that Enouvation sold Ashley Furniture back in 2001. I had to call the manufacturer because I tried to get a refund after two failed attempts with two different batteries and was told that the batteries were sold as-is. Of course, the paperwork said that there was a 5 year service agreement. In any event, I would love to speak directly to the owner. He or she should know how the new manager treats long time customers. If Drex was my employee, he would have a short time to get his act together or he would be gone. I highly recommend the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's office for this business when it comes to complaints because management doesn't listen.

We bought 4 Sommerford Dining Chairs. When we put them together 3 out of the 4 were not level. After receiving the legs and replacing the legs it was determined that was not the problem but the base of the chairs were drilled wrong and the new legs were still not level. Now a few weeks have passed and again contacting the company explaining the problem, the chairs have been discontinued. They won't refund my money but if I donate the chairs and prove it to them they will then and only then, refund my money.
