Took it back. In store credit. 2nd unit failed. I had a death in the family, (we're old folks) so I took unit 2 back, explained the situation, asked for an in store credit again - I was told sorry, it's been too long. Really? My wife and I needed a battery due to health problems making it difficult to get out of the chair at those times when the power goes out. The new manager Drex sold my wife and me a defective Enouvation battery that Enouvation sold Ashley Furniture back in 2001. I had to call the manufacturer because I tried to get a refund after two failed attempts with two different batteries and was told that the batteries were sold as-is. Of course, the paperwork said that there was a 5 year service agreement. In any event, I would love to speak directly to the owner. He or she should know how the new manager treats long time customers. If Drex was my employee, he would have a short time to get his act together or he would be gone. I highly recommend the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's office for this business when it comes to complaints because management doesn't listen.
