Short hair+Las Vegas winter=scarves. Came here after Prada and Burberry ended up being busts. Was greeted at the door and assisted by Brett (who happens to be from the same city in L.A. that I grew up in). Found TWO silk scarves for less than the price of one at Burberry, and this was on Sunday, the last day of the Black Friday weekend madness. Efficient and friendly service, nothing less than I'd expect from a Ferragamo store, outlet or not. This one, like Burberry, Prada, St. John and Gucci, are all much smaller than the ones at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets near Palm Springs CA, but all provide the same friendly and efficient service you'd expect from such stores. While visiting Las Vegas earlier last month, I decided to visit the outlet for an afternoon (just because, honestly my husband and I had nothing in mind that we wanted to buy). Salvatore Ferragamo is quite a high end brand that is in the same league (to give you an idea of price point) as Dior, Fendi, Gucci, etc. But to be honest, I am not too sure if Salvatore Ferragamo handbags are quite my style (whether I can afford a handbag or not is another story). But figured I would walk into this store just to take a look. Upon entering, I was quite disappointed that none of the employees bothered to greet me. I suppose my laid back clothing style that I was dressed in (I was on vacation) upon entering the store did not convince them that I was serious on buying anything in the store, so they probably thought 'why bother'. While I walked through the store and browsed the handbags, 2 female sale associates walked by me and watched me as I picked up one handbag to see what it would look like on my arm. Both of these female employees just stared at me and really did make me feel uncomfortable. I just kind of looked at them but said nothing but really wanted to ask them if they had a problem or wanted to say something to me because that was just awkward. Trying to shake off that feeling, I walked around the store some more. I understand that the employees are cautious with the items here because they are quite expensive. And I suppose theft is something that would cross their mind, but one male sales associate was also watching me as I walked towards the back of the store to browse the clothing. He didn't bother to say hello, but just kind of stared at me. Again, I don't really know what gave these employees the idea that I would come into this store and try to steal anything. And with that rude service towards me (they were quite stiff and snooty), I walked out and have no intention of ever purchasing anything from this store or this brand in the future. read more

I'ma go all out an give Ferragamo 5 stars for my two stops here last weekend. Saturday, the mall is packed, not at Ferragamo, great service and water bottles to quench your thurst from the pounding desert sun. Behold, the maroon with gold heeled boots I tried on in New York a few months ago and left behind not wanting to pay the $1600 price tag. Last pair, MY size, $300!!!!! Tried them on, swoon and put them on hold till later. Yes, thats how I shop. I mean, do I need boots in the summer? Living in the desert? Yes, yes i do and drove back the next day. Great service again, smiles, "Youre back!", tried them on again, swoon, happy as a clam, now they get to sit and look pretty until the temps go down again. read more

Honestly, the outlet Ferragamo stores really doesn't have THAT huge of a discount and especially when the merchandise isn't within the last one or two seasons. The only thing worth getting is their classic bow flat women's shoes which never really go on sale at the regular store, so if that's what you're looking for, then this is a good place to get some. This outlet store provides supreme service. I bet you're asking why I only gave it three stars. I'll let you know but not right now. The Ferragamo brand is expensive and somewhat frivolous. However, if you are a lady of unusual foot size, narrow or wide Ferragamo can truly come to your rescue. If you're this type of damsel in distress then their shoes are not frivolous expenses. You'll find more than shoes here. You'll all manner of bags, coats and scarves. Beyond that you'll find accessories like bracelets, for example. This is a good place to accesorize outerwear at significant discount. There was a 50% off section that is extensive. Why not 4 or 5 stars? I was on a mission for new shoes. Not one pair fit me. I was in Las Vegas and purchased a blouse, trousers and shoes (over $4000 in merchandise). The blouse and trousers needed to be altered. They assured me they would ship merchandise to me. I was traveling to other locations after Vegas before returning home so we agreed they would ship to arrive after I returned home because a signmature is required upon delivery. They also agreed to send tracking information when shipped. My in-store experience went fine. I worked with William and Andrew (Asst. Mgr). They did not send tracking info and first package arrived one day earlier than expected. Luckily I had returned home early so I did receive. The shoes were not shipped. I tried calling immediately. At first, the phone number on receipt and on website was not a valid number. I called another Las Vegas store and told my story and they contacted the store where I purchased and William reached out via text. He assured me he would ship shoes to arrive today 6/15/23 and again promised to send tracking info. No tracking and no shoes. Now the number on website has been changed and no matter when you call, it says associates are busy and they can't help you. All I can say is take your merchandise with you if you purchase. They moved to a temporary place for a while during renovation according to the nice manager. I got lucky during that visit because everything was ridiculously cheap at that temporary location. I can't remember exactly how much but I remember these: - Women shoes for $70 - Keychain for $9 - Scarves I think for $50 - Bracelet for less than $20 - A bag that retails for $2200 on sale for $350 - A bag that retails for $500 on sale for $150 My shoes were so cute. They were green patent leather mixed with clear wedges. You could see Ferragamo logos only if you looked at them closely. Of course they were not always that cheap. They were having a special sale before they moved to the new location. I went back to the new location and it was so nice and clean. But the price wasn't that cheap anymore. How I spent my Christmas vacation... One of my friends was in from Shanghai, and the friend that tagged along from Taiwan wanted to come here. We had limited time before our seating at a "nice" French restaurant at one of the "top-name" casinos. So, it was decided, (Not by me, I got wrangled into driving to Vegas!) that this was going to be a quick trip (About 3-4 hours) in the Outlet stores. Well, her friend from Taipei made a beeline to the Ferragamo Outlet! I heard my friend spent some time in there but wandered to other stores. And she had lost track of the Taiwan friend (BTW, they are both Taiwanese), and she wasn't picking up her cell! So, she enlisted me in the search! Mind you it had been a good 2- 2 1/2 hours that has transpired. I was searching in the Food Courts, and all the luxury outlets without avail.. Finally, as a last resort, I ended up at Ferragamo, but, there was NO way she could even be there! Lo, and behold, she was! Dang! I guess, she was giving the business to the salesperson. She was still busy deciding on what to get! Shoes, bags, skirts, etc... Finally, my friend from Shanghai arrived to give her a little nudge. So, she finally finalized all her purchases. As she was paying, we started to realize, her credit cards were not going through for some reason... ooohhh, man, we were already a bit late, and had kept calling the restaurant to preserve out reservations.. It became evident that her credit cards were not going to make it, so, I volunteered my cards... Oh! man did they get a work-out! We had about 4-5 bags of Heavy Ferragamo Bags! So, both my card got a work-out and so did we walking back to the Parking structure! The sales staff were extremely supportive and knowledgeable of the "ins and outs" of the art of the transactions. I enjoyed my experience here. But I certainly wish I was here when Maggie C visited (what a steal!). That having been said they had a nice selection of shoes for less than $300 a pair (ranging from seasonal sandals and pumps to classic black etc). I picked up some silver sling backs for $149, and a pair of couture wedges for about $350 - still happy with my purchases. And many people stopped me, to ask where Ferragamo was when walking around... Next time I'll have a look at the men's shoes - men in Ferragamo shoes are hot! read more

Same shoes at 1/2 the price of the stores on the strip - sure the selection is limited, but nothing is stained, damaged, or marked in any way. Hand stitched from both the luxury line and the slightly more affordable standard collection the one failing of this store is the lack of belts and cufflinks, but for shoes and ready to wear shirts/pants/jackets there are definitely some deals to be found. read more

My friend and I went inside the Salvatore Ferragamo store to our dismay those sales associate are too stern and when we tried to asked our size for the style of shoes we wanted to try on they just gave me a stern look as if they are not happy that we asked them. Especially that asian girl ( I am guessing she's a Chinese.) Then, there was that male associate who came and asked if we need help so, I told him what sizes we needed and he checked in to their computer, if the sizes we asked have in stock unfortunately all in stock was in big sizes. We continue browsing around and as I was checking the purses ,here comes another female associates who doesn't even know how to say Hi or smile and instead just stared at me and continue from head to toe. I never experienced this kind of treatment from the Forum shops where I used to shop of the Ferragamo's. What is wrong with these people working at the premium outlet?
