From the moment we walk in, the entire team makes us feel comfortable and cared for like we're family. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The hygienists are incredibly gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly whether it's a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure. Linda was my daughter's hygienist until my daughter moved away, now Linda is my hygienist. My former hygienist was Toni until Toni moved away. I can't even say who I like better because they were friends and so much a like! Linda remembers everything we've ever talked about so it's like going in to visit with a friend. Dr Ash and Dr Truong are both so great and also care for us like we are family when we visit. One of my sons got braces this year and Harmony Dentistry works very closely with his orthodontist. This week, my son had a filling fixed, and Harmony was able to call the orthodontist to pop in very quickly to remove one of his bands so the filling could be replaced. How convenient for all of us! Some fun amenities include cold water bottles in the waiting room, Netflix to watch on the ceiling televisions with headphones, and a paraffin wax treatment for your hands if you like! We've recommended Harmony Dentistry to many friends over the years and will continue to do so. It's rare to find a dental practice that combines skill, kindness, and consistency the way they do. They've helped me through a pretty lengthy and involved Invisalign process, as well as some cavities and crowns. They are always incredibly understanding and genuinely helpful. They've saved me from toothaches on multiple occasions, and my teeth just look and feel a lot better overall. I really want to give a shoutout to Dr. Crystal for my most recent visit. I had a really subtle but annoying tooth sensitivity, and she went way above and beyond to figure it out. She took her time looking at my x-rays and tested different teeth using a bunch of methods. She eventually hypothesized that a slight cavity had grown right underneath an old filling. She fixed it up, and the sensitivity is completely gone! I was handed a $6,650 treatment estimate showing an "insurance discount," but when I called my insurance company afterward, they confirmed the office had never contacted them to verify my benefits or request pre-authorization. They also did not provide the CDT procedure codes, making it difficult for me to verify what I should actually owe. The whole experience felt far more like a sales pitch than healthcare. Verify everything with your insurance and get the procedure codes before signing or paying anything.

The receptionist was only at the front for maybe the last 10 minutes of my waiting. After the X-rays, I sat in the chair for a minute when Dr. Tran walked in, spoke with me for 30 seconds (told me I needed x, y, and z done with little explanation), then left. The X-ray tech walked right after and told me I needed to leave then come back in an hour because they needed to verify my insurance. There was a severe lack of communication with me about everything, I am unsure why they did not verify after I scheduled the appointment or while I was in the waiting room for almost an hour. After waiting an additional hour, they had me sign my bill where they add thousands of dollars or extra things that were not explained to me. After I had waited another 20 minutes before finally taking me back for the cleaning. I sat down and the dental hygienist, (I believe her name is Miriam) then proceeded to "educate me" with very condescending speech when I asked questions about my care or what she was doing. She did not ask me questions and my face was soaking wet during the cleaning. No bedside manner at all, lack of communication, and overall a bad experience.

My son got a message from Monica at the dental office again saying that there was a problem still with INSURANCE, I then emailed her a copy of benefits from the insurance company. We show to the appointment for oral surgery, doctor is in the office 1 time per month, ready to have procedure and they tell us they couldn't get the REFERRAL from the dentist office!!!! I was NEVER TOLD IT WAS THE REFERRAL THEY WERE HAVING ISSUES WITH!!!!! I could have called my dentist and had that info sent over asap!!! But they said even if I did they couldn't do surgery today!!!!
