I recently learned about Change via Yelp. I've been needing a few new bras forever, but with how much a solid, professionally fit bra can run you, it gets expensive fast. What to drew me to Change was all the positive things I kept reading for their various locations. Furthermore, people kept loving their low prices. Sold! This morning I headed over to their location at Park Royal North in West Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. I was immediately welcomed, given suggestions about my size and a couple of things to try on. As I tried on the bras that the sales lady (who's name I now forget, I feel so bad!) recommended, she was incredibly attentive but not pushy. She helped me like a pro, weeding out bras until we found the right one that best fit my size and shape -- all while taking care of three other customers at the same time! It was an impressive, comfortable and relaxing experience. In the end, I walked out of there with two new bras that I absolutely love. I feel like a million bucks in them! And guess how much I paid? $65. These bras would have easily been $160 at some of the other places I've been to. It's safe to say that I am a definite fan of Change. Try it and you might be too. :)

Firstly - some edu-bra-cation (that I learned from the fabulous manager from the Change stores on W 10th and Broadway at MacDonald) 1. Your bra size is likely larger than what you think it is (bonus points!) 2. If you're wearing the wrong size it can dig into places it shouldn't (think underwire ouches and strap marks) 3. If the back of your bra is riding up your back - its the wrong size. It should be level with the front 4. You might think it's funny to see actors adjusting their cleavage - but its important to "sweep" from the side - bringing those girls up front and centre My first visit I was shocked at how little I knew about bras, sizing and how to wear em. (They don't teach you this at La Senza - and I worked there once upon a time). By the time I was visiting the second time, it was out of necessity. To my surprise, this pretty store in Port Moody had a wide selection, even in October. Nataliia had me try on many mastectomy and non-mastectomy pieces, and took her time to give me excellent advice. When I ordered, my package got 'lost' for 2 months, when I finally received it (Over 3 months from when I ordered), it was the wrong item. I was told by the owners if I shipped it back they would reimburse me for shipping and send me a new bra. They sent me a new bra but did not reimburse my shipping, so essentially I paid for their mistake. Very unorganized, and unprofessional, impossible to get a hold of, they only communicate through text messaging.
