Sauna was ready to go and just needed to add steam to get it roaring. The little 15 minute sand dial partially worked and needed some assistance at time. 50* water for the cold plunge was refreshing. I did it three times during my session, first time was for a minute, second time I was more mentally prepared and worked on my breathing which allowed me a five minute session, last time two and a half minutes as I was done with it The massage was zen.
