The waiting room and salon are very clean and well organized and the service rooms are private. The small gains I may have thought I had, they seem to have reversed and some of the thinning areas seem more sparse today (Jan 2024) than when I started this journey in early 2022 (or maybe the treatments just paused my loss, and stopping those treatments just unpaused it, I don't know).
