I have seen Loan Sharks with more professionalism and ethics than these people. Fast talking and then they offer you a "Quick Buy Out" for a 75% reduction. Sounds great; then they ghost you while waiting for the paperwork. Then suddenly they file a lawsuit for default because you never responded to their offer and demand full restitution in ten days or they are taking you to court. All because THEY now deny sending any offer (I took screenshots of all the texts and emails, etc.). I sent four texts, two emails, and three voice mails, all accepting the lower offer. Strangely from two different people but the same phone number and "different companys". Now when you confront them with the texts and email trails, they simply hang up on you and file a lawsuit the next day denying any special offer. Of course, now the lawyers have all gotten involved. Now I find out they are well known for these tactics and file lawsuits after lawsuits claiming it was the client that didn't respond to them; despite a trail a mile long showing their "bait" and lack of response. My lawyers (also costing me money) are familiar with their tactics and even if a few people fall for them, they just sit back and file motion after motion. I wont even get started on the personell; regardless, they would never work for me with their unscrupulous and frankly dishonest attitudes. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe their attitudes. Don't do business with this company they're greedy. Have had a loan for two years now and they are the lien holders. My truck that I have through another company value has deprecated and reflects that on my insurance. This company wants my equipment to still be valued at the same price it was two years ago even with all the payments I've made over the course of two years. I also asked for a payoff just to know where I was at and they told me a number close to where I started at. After I called in they said it could be a lower amount. If you don't speak up and just pay it. I'm pretty sure they won't say anything. Do business anywhere else. read more
