Suns is pretty unique from your Costco and Sam's as they have a larger variety of unique seafoods. They are the only place in Houston I can find raw chicken nuggets that you have to cook fully. This means it tastes much better with less of those preprocessed ingredients. I go here exclusively for my snow crabs and beef fajitas. The quality is off the charts and the size of the snow crabs are massive compared to the tiny ones at your local grocery store. I also find some excellent authentic Asian ingredients and it's always so convenient to pop in and out of there really quickly. What I dislike about it however is their online shopping is non-existent. Their web site isn't helpful at all so don't think you can go there to browse anything. You have to go there to see what they offer. You also don't have to commit to a yearly membership. You can pay like $5 for a daily membership and buy anything in the store you want in that one trip. I felt like walking into an oversized warehouse with double width driveways. I only went through a few aisles, chilling. Majority of stuff are still in boxes. I can only assume if you come shop here frequently, you know what are in there. Price tags are a little confusing. I'm not even gonna go there because I am a casual shopper. Since I don't own or operate a food service, those merchandise won't attract my attention. The only thing I could consider buying is stuff in smaller quantities. Believe or not, I actually bought a membership card for those occasional shopping trips when I really need stuff for the mass. So, I would come back on a long journey here, if I return to North Golden Sun Plaza one of these days.

Cam was very personable and this is a great place to buy appliances (my daughter has bought a few from them and has not be disappointed). I was concerned that after 18 months my propane gauge still read 80%, even though the stand by Generac runs every Saturday at noon for five to seven minutes, and I use a propane stove top for cooking maybe two to three times a week. Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.
