So grateful to Cunningham Gas Products for their quick response after Hurricane Beryl. I cook nearly everything on my gas grill. I feel truly handicapped without it. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. I worked with my customer to purchase a RCS 30" grill. After, using the unit for the third time. Two out of four burners /stopped working. We contacted the Cunningham grill products. We spoke to a parts manager named John. We got nowhere to get warranty work done on the 30 inch Rcs Grill. The grill would not allow cooking of any meat because there was not enough heat due to the only two burners being operable. We left many messages for Jeff Cunningham who invented the Rcs Grill. He never called us back but We got a callback from John. They refused to do any work on it. After four months of calling and complaining. John had someone come out and do warranty work. I would highly recommend researching grills. That was our mistake. Now, the grill works. It pays to stay on top of a company to do warranty work. read more

My family purchased a new set of gas logs for our fireplace this past Saturday. Rodney was our sales associate and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. After we made our decision on the new set of gas logs we wanted, Rodney quickly assisted us with our purchase and we were on our way to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Rodney stated that we would be contacted Monday or Tuesday to arrange a delivery and installation date. On Monday, MLK national holiday, Rodney contacted us himself and arranged to have the new logs delivered and installed for that evening. Rodney stated that they wanted to have the new logs installed to allow our family to enjoy them with the pending cold front. To my surprise, Rodney delivered the logs to our home and installed them himself. We are very happy with our purchase and the product looks and works perfectly. I received poor installation and warranty service from this company. Instead of using gas log trained installers Cunningham's sent store salesman to install my set. The salesman Jose informed me the installer had just quit which was why he was asked to perform the install. The first set was installed incorrectly, too large. He placed a 30" log set in my 26" fireplace. Jose also refused to install the damper clamp I requested, stating I didn't need it and he took the clamp that came with the set with him when he left. The second set was installed by a second salesman Rodney. Within a couple of weeks I contacted Cunningham's to report flame burning issues; going off, on and flashing very high like mini explosions. I was promised a return call for service which did not occur until I contacted them a third time. Rodney, not a serviceman showed up to perform the repairs. He witnessed the issue and stated he had no idea why or how to fix it. He rearranged the logs which caused heavy soot to spray everywhere and told me if the flame issues continue to just stir the flames up and let the gases escape. Further contacts to Cunningham's for warranty and repair service were ignored. Requests to speak with Jeff Cunningham, owner were also ignored. I later received an email from Rodney stating Jeff told him to contact me and stated they would no longer be servicing me and would be happy to come and remove the log set. In contacting the manufacturer of the log set I was informed improper installation as the cause and that gas and fumes leakage could have resulted in a very bad outcome, immediate and proper re-installation was required. read more

My neighborhood doesn't have any street lights, it has either gas or electric lights (if you upgrade them yourself). I purchased an older home that is on a corner lot so it has 2 gas lights. One of them I was able to get working right away, the other had a nasty gas leak. I finally got the gas leak fixed and the light didn't work. I took it off the pole and drove to Cunningham to have them look at it. They took off the defective part and rebuilt it. The entire process was so smooth and fast that I'll probably have the other one rebuilt soon. Everyone in there was friendly, helpful and absolutely wonderful. The store is beautiful with lots of options, regardless of what you're looking for. I highly recommend them!! read more

I purchased over $2500 worth of RCS outdoor kitchen equipment from this company....in 6 months it has rust covering it....don't buy from this company. They will weasel out of the warranty. They claim because I had pool chemicals near it...(sealed in their containers and separated by a wall). They will not honor warranty. It's an outdoor kitchen near a pool...not saltwater it's going to be exposed to pool chemicals. Their product is on the low end and is not good stainless steel. read more
