Great deals! Like a garage sale in an office park. This warehouse wasn't what I was expecting when we drove up, but we found lots of cute Christmas decor for $1 a piece. I have been a shopper here for over a year with no problem ... but lately the customer service has NOT been great... I have bought a couple of small items at Treasurez BUT if you want to buy an expensive item please take into account the following experience. I bought an 82" Samsung TV on November 1st for $1900 great deal !! I told them during the buying process I was remodeling my home and it would be a few weeks before I would have it installed, they did plug it in while still in the wrapping at the store and it came on no problem. They delivered it that evening and I had them place it in my garage. November 23rd I had the Geek squad from Best Buy come and install it professionally. after they put it up on the wall they advised it was cracked at the top right hand side just under the wrapping (which was not removed at the store when testing), They took a picture of the crack, uninstalled it and placed it back in the original box. the tech told me that looking at the box, in his opinion it had been cinched too tightly as you could be crush marks on the edge of the box at the top were the crack was. I immediately called Treasurez and they told me they had another 82" in stock and someone would call me back about swapping it out. When they called back they asked me to send them a picture, I sent them the picture the BestBuy tech took. I didnt hear anything else so I went over there on Monday Nov 25th, they asked me to send them a picture of the TV while it was on, I told them it was back in the box but I would try. Tuesday Nov 26th I sent them a picture of the TV while on (by this time the picture was even worse as it had been taken down from the wall, once these are cracked they just get worse and worse with handling. they then asked for a picture of both receipts I obtained from them. I sent these as well. from that day to today despite several chasers I heard nothing from them. today they finally sent me a text (after I chased them again) stating they believe the BestBuy techs broke it when taking it out of the box !!! NEVER buy anything from these people... simply the savings are not worth the risk because they are not a retail store, they take your money and run, which is what you should do from this shop if buying anything expensive. If you want to buy small items why not but know that you get what you pay for. read more

Went in to look at shuffleboard table, first off my wife has been here few times and got some deals so we went back when I seen them post it on line. Got there and box was beat up but you got to understand something this heave being moved so many times it's going to be beat up. So one of the guys took us to the back and showed us the shuffleboard and quoted me the same price he had said on FB messenger. So we walked around looking at other things ( lots of things to see) so after looking around we decided to just wait. As we where leaving a guy pulled up next to us in the parking lot and asked us what was wrong. Not knowing who this guy was we said nothing was wrong then he introduced himself as the owner of the facility and asked what we came into look at. We told him the shuffleboard table and he asked us what he could do to make us feel comfortable buying it. Without getting into details he lowered the price so we couldn't say no lol he also told us since the box was beat up that I had three days to return it if it was broken. We got home and I set it up the next day with no issues. I would recommend looking at there inventory on FB and message them with any questions they respond very quickly. I purchased a brand new Samsung dryer here and I have had it for a year now with no issue at all. The dryer was only $450- I also didn't have the cash to pay for the item in full so they recommend SNAP FINANCE. I was able to pay the $450 (no tax, no fees) in 100 days same as cash. I am now waiting on them to get a Samsung washer to match my dryer. I recommend this place to EVERYONE. I love this place. The salesmen/women are very polite and willing to help. I shop here when I'm looking for something specific and most times I am lucky. I have bought a refrigerator here for $750 that was priced at $1450 retail. My daughter moved into her first little apartment on campus so we decided to go in and look for some "treasures" for her place. The manager (LJ or LB), sorry if I got your name wrong, was awesome! We had priced a rug online for $230, found one here same brand name and prettier than the one online and the manager gave it to us for $75. Also the console we were going to order on Amazon was also at Treasures and he marked it to $15. We had quite a few items that he marked down for us. When I tell you he saved me so much money and it is greatly appreciated because furnishing an apartment is not cheap. I will always recommend this place. Great, helpful staff and always willing to assist. They may come across rude sometimes but you've got to realize it's hot in the warehouse, sometimes crowded and as much as they try to keep it organized people just place things all over.
