In order to fix this you have to take the knob apart. I was not counting on that procedure, never did it before and I had to complete my job quickly. Well I called Door Locks Direct and they were not very helpful.They told me to call a locksmith. Why did they not mention this when I placed my order. They are the experts and they should have asked me how my doors open , left or right side opening. So beware and ask questions when ordering. They did NOT.

The couch literally will not stay together. Instead of replacing it or fixing the actual issue, their solution was to start drilling screws into it, which still didn't fix the problem.What made it worse was the customer service. I spoke with the same representative for three days straight who kept telling me a manager would call me back. That never happened. When I called again, she was rude, dismissive, and told me she had people in front of me and was about to hang up--then hung up in my face. Spending money on furniture just to receive poor quality and even worse customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I don't know if I'm more pissed about the furniture or the customer service.
