Welcome to the 1960 store where this strip is always bustling with people there for the movies, dollar store, big lots, book store and one of my favorites, ROSS! I cannot help but notice there is a big empty space somewhat in the middle towards the right hand side of there, I do not know what is going on there but I think this is beginning to be a trend in these stores. Only time will tell. This particular location because it is always busy I can imagine why there is always stuff cluttering the isle. The employees on almost every turn are not into the Ross business but like to talk about the item that they wanted to buy but the customer got it first, etc etc etc. I think the management may need a little looking on how they have their employees acting at work but hey, it's just an $8 job so not much to expect, I don't blame them but I have seen much better at other Ross's. My review is about how the store is viewed on my visit in the middle part of April 2012 and I did not do a product review because it is pretty much you visit one Ross you pretty much have visited the cake mold on all of them. Finally it was time to get a new one and so I came here to make my selection. To make a long story short I spent a lot of time in their showroom testing different models. I finally determined that I wanted to custom order one and placed the order. The chair was ready about when promised and I picked it up rather than having it delivered since I could fit it in my car (disassembled). This saved me the high delivery charge. I have been happy with the recliner and glad I did business with this store. The female saleswoman that waited on me was extremely patient with me and offered no pressure to buy. I wish I could remember her name but she was excellent to work with. I would be happy to return.

I was never made aware of this during the purchase nor does it state that anywhere on the invoice/receipt. My receipt says assembly and clean up so you would think clean up includes taking the empty boxes the furniture comes in. I've never heard of paying to take boxes away smh. Not good business to me. The delivery guys also didn't do a good job cleaning up but it was almost 8pm and I just wanted them out.

This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.
