She has never tested me for a fungal issue diagnosed by my lung doctor a few years ago via a Blood test. He referred me to an infectious disease doctor who never treated me since the medication was very strong and could damage my kidney. Many months after a near death experience in 2023/2024, I was still feeling pain in my liver. Dr Passalaqua was recommended and when I told her my disease doctor said my discomfort and pain would subside, she yelled at me to say "Who told you that I shouldn't experience any pain, she said it should/ could take a year and a half to heal since my abscesses were so bad and I was days from dying. Now I am sick again and exhausted all tests available and when she came in the room she yelled that my fungal issues from a few years ago were resolved. I was Never retested, so her aggressive attitude was not warranted. She continued to be condescending and when I tried to explain my symptoms and tests to date she kept shutting me down. I aggressively through her out of my room and asked her not to return! Also when I called her answering service last evening asking to speak to the on call doctor, which I understand she is the only doctor in her office for, her office staff disguised her self as Dr Passalaqua. Her voice was the same as the office girl who said an August 6th was the soonest appointment. It was unacceptable because I have been battling symptoms since April 30. Time is of the essence and I am my only advocate. Needless to say I will never return or recommend Dr Passalaqua ever again. I called my former disease specialist and they order blood test as that is how it was diagnosed back in 2023. She wanted to do a sputum test. She was NOT listening to my requests or concerns!! A horrible experience despite her 30 years of experience told to me by the attending ER doctor.

The service offers several benefits. One of the most important benefits for me is virtually instant accessibility to him and/or his staff 24/7. However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Some rude assistant picked up trying to rush me off the phone and she said they never called the prescription because the dr wanted to talk to me. I said I wished you called to let me know. She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess. The doctor never called me back to tell me the results of the xray and never received the follow up call to continue the treatment. I changed doctors and will never come here. It is unprofessional to not follow up with a patient to let him know about the results of an xray or any procedure.

He actually listens, explains everything clearly, and his treatment plan helped me tremendously. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. And Sue is the heart of that office. She's kind, organized, and somehow always manages to make you feel like you're the only patient they have. Getting appointments is easy, she's compassionate, and she keeps everything running smoothly. I owe Dr. Hasbani and Sue so much. Before I found Dr. Hasbani, migraines controlled my days.
