After this, it took 26 minutes to make my juice. It seemed like the printer prints tickets telling them what to make went down. It took two employees TO CHANGE A ROLL OF PAPER. Then they continued making to go orders. No one thought to triage what was sitting in the shop and make those first. There were seven people waiting at this point. Someone called in a phone order and that was put through before my juice was started, and this was 15 minutes after ordering. I know this comes across a bit Karen, but we need to teach young employees of businesses like this how to handle busy days, when equipment breaks, etc. Nothing was communicated to any of us sitting in the shop. I feel bad for the employees when something like this happens - I have worked food service so I understand. But communicating goes a long way, and there was none here.

I will say that before I came it was difficult to read their menu online or gauge if there were sugar free options. I will attach a photo of their menu in person, in hopes it might be easier to read on your phone when thinking about what to order. Additionally, I will say the barista was kind and willing to explain everything thoroughly, so I knew what I was ordering. I will emphasize that this is a drive through coffee stand.
