The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! What I loved about them is they a) listened to what I was looking for b) willingly drew up a couple options for designs for me and c) worked with the color wood I really wanted. One option was antique (100+ years old) barn board that was awesome, but wouldn't serve the function we needed. Scott came up with the perfect grey stain on newer wood that got me JUST what I really wanted. It's a beautiful piece of furniture that melds form and function perfectly for me. They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.

When I went to check out, the ONE cashier who was open, was having an issue putting an item through. Of course, it didn't occur to her that the line waiting to check out now had 9 customers. BE ALERT. IF YOU'RE HAVING AN ISSUE, CALL FOR BACKUP. Then the woman who came up to help, was just so out of it. She could care less that we were there. After the transaction, as she handed me my change, I politely said, thank you, to which she replied your welcome. NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. I always trained my cashiers to ALWAYS say THANK YOU, PLEASE COME AGAIN. After all, you're taking my money. You're the one who should be thanking me.
