I've been seeing him since 2013-14 and been very happy with his work and his attitude. I like his staff as well - always friendly and efficient. I have some VERY old fillings that another dentist wanted to replace in 2012. The teeth and the fillings weren't causing me any discomfort and, from my point of view, there was no reason to replace them except to build up a larger bill. Dr Glover said to just leave them alone until the outer shell of the molars started to break down, then I'd have to get crowns. 12 years later, I still have two of those molars, and saved a lot of money. Finding a talented and conservative dentist is hard - that description fits Dr. Glover 100%

I happened to speak to Suzanne, one of the Hygienists for Dr. Glover. A warm and welcoming conversation that suggested I had found compassionate and devoted professionals! With my first visit, I entered a beautiful office that was immaculate! We all have been in clinical settings that seem contrary to health. As I waited, Patients arrived and left, conversations and laughter ensued. Family arrived with baked goods. This could not have been more intimate. Remember... I'm in a dental practice! My appointment with Dr. Sheikh was extraordinary, as was her dental assistant. Time comfortably dedicated for an examination, to discuss my history/concerns, treatment plan and insurance benefits. Thoughtful, professional, well-educated, and trained, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Time also allowed for a cleaning with the sweet and delightful Michelle, another dental hygienist. Incredibly ACCOMMODATING! With each examination, probing, etc. what I found to be consistent was this awareness that I am a person! Welcomed and HEARD! We all feel trepidation when seeing a Dentist. Leave your fears in the ample parking lot! Gentle, compassionate care...conversations surrounding a treatment plan and costs. Dr. Glover's Staff are well-versed in insurance benefits and file for you!!!!! Prior to selecting his group, I searched many others and often read reviews whereby patients reported being given incorrect insurance information that led to costly visits or had to pre-pay in advance. Personally I like to be asked first and then shown why a procedure is necessary. They billed me for my deductible in advance for a plan I didn't begin. All in all my mistake for not asking more questions. Trying to get my 50 dollars back is turning into a major struggle.

I asked to speak to management but was told they just went into a meeting and would call me. When I did not hear back I called again and was told they just stepped out and would call later. That never happened. That day I was denied the appointment there was another client who was also turned away because they claimed she didn't confirm appointment that she said she did. This is a very sleazy business and I would recommend anyone considering getting treatment there go to a reputable establishment instead.
