Dishonest and Deceptive I was first a customer of Chapman Ford when I bought a car in 2011. For years after that purchase I used their service department without issue and thought they were a quality dealership at their former location. After moving away and returning to the area, naturally I went back for my next service. What a mistake, that is the last time I will ever go to Chapman Ford. Scheduling a simple oil change and tire rotation was easy enough until checkout. Their advertised oil change is $84.95. They are either not charging their listed prices or I was charged almost $50 for a tire rotation, either outcome is ridiculous. Beyond that the cashier appears to be a sweet looking lady, but is a wolf in reality. She will lie straight to your face while adding a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. She made up some story about the credit card company adding 3% to the cost but of course this isn't even what the receipt that she hands out says at the bottom. There was no indication at any point during scheduling or dropoff there would be a surcharge for credit cards. To me, it is unacceptable for a business to pass an operating cost to their customers, will they ask customers to pay employee healthcare or their income taxes next? If you want to offer acceptance of credit cards, pay your own expenses. This experience makes it easy to understand why they have the lowest google rating for Ford dealers in the area. Be warned and go somewhere else. They also only push good follow-up survey reviews to their google ratings so it is already inflated.

I had a good experience with the Jones Honda sales team but very disappointed with the management…read moreof the financing department. I paid cash with my trade-in for my new 2026 CR-V and was very interested in buying an extended warranty program if the price was acceptable. The Finance manager, offered me a 3rd party (non-Honda, non-dealer) contract, 7 year, 100k miles program that retailed for $3,500 but he could offer it for $2,400. I told him price was too high for me and he then offered me the same deal for $1,975 and I said I'll think about it. Well I did some internet research and found that I can (and did) buy a Honda America Corporation "Honda Care" program that extends my original warranty to 120k miles and 8 years for $1,257 with $0 deductible. However, the Finance manager never let me know Jones Honda also offers a Honda Care extended warranty program until I asked him about it. He just pushed the 3rd party extended warranty that is way more expensive that gives Jones Honda a lot more profit at my expense. Bottom line, if you are looking for an extended warranty for your new car from Jones Honda definitely ask about their Honda Care extended warranty prices. I also recommend you google "Honda Care" warranties and you will find other dealers with much lower prices as I found. Key point: since this warranty is backed by Honda America Corporation every Honda Dealer in the US is required to honor your Honda Care warranty using genuine Honda parts no matter what dealer you purchase the warranty from. I've attached two photos of information regarding the Protective Warranty program. One pic shows their pathetic rating 1.1 (out of 5) from 377 customers. The other pic highlights major differences between Protective Warranty and the Honda Care Warranty.

This dealership is a complete joke from mechanical assistance to auto body repairs. The only thing I trust this dealership with is my oil change, and even when I get my vehicle back, something sounds or feels different and I have to take it elsewhere for second opinions. This review is focused more on my recent experience after getting in a fender bender. I had my Pilot towed to Lancaster Honda's Auto Body, where it took the employees 4 days, not including the weekend, to just look at my car to get an estimate, which ended up not happening. The establishment returned the keys of a car with busted fender and bumper quicker, than taking 15 minutes to assist a valued customer of 20 years. If you care about your vehicle, stay away from this establishment. If you are looking for mechanical assistance, Mikes Motor Zone. If you're looking for Auto Body repair, Maaco. Trust me, Extremely Disappointed Customer.

Dan Marrone gave me an honest description of the vehicle. No high-pressure sales. No lies. We came to a fair price quickly. He helped with the insurance, finance, and rental car return. Communication with Dan and the dealership was great. I drove seven hours in the snow not knowing exactly what I was going to see when I got there. The four-year-old vehicle looked like new. I had no issues and I am completely satisfied. Thanks Dan and the rest of the Jones staff.

BUT they don't tell you how they seem to not inspect their cars properly or even care to try to help out when you have to come back TWICE in less than a month that you've had your car over parts and malfunctions. It takes a few transfers when calling for assistance to get anyone to even try to let you explain the situation further. And nobody knows ANYTHING useful. It's like they're playing a guessing game. My "new" used car had to sit for a bit before getting an appointment for service. For which I had to wait 2 hours (appointment scheduled) to be told that I had to wait some more because they were just about to work on it. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of recommending the place to a friend. Who also got a car for her mother, and it broke down and made an awful noise 24 hours in. Not to mention they promised to detail it and it was dirty. The manager has NO customer service training, it seems like, or just doesn't really care because "once the car leaves the lot, it is not their problem". I'd think if they were to inspect their cars properly and be more into providing a better service, they could prevent a few of their problems when clients have to come back and chew on their asses while they show no empathy or willingness to help! I absolutely DO NOT recommend Jones Used Car Center to anybody that has no experience with these situations or would like to be met with more helpful people. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere, with better customer service from management and cars that don't break down in less than a month or even 24 hours in.

Tim Ryan answered the phone the night before and, sensing that his 1 PM start time wasn't convenient for me, immediately offered to come in at 10 AM instead. That kind of genuine, customer-first attitude set the tone for everything that followed. From that first phone call to driving off the lot, every step of the car-buying process was smooth, professional, and refreshingly personable. Tim went above and beyond at every turn, and Finance Director Chris Chapman was equally impressive -- making what can often be a stressful part of the car-buying process feel straightforward and stress-free. It's rare to find a dealership where every single person you interact with is committed to making the experience as easy as possible. Faulkner Chevrolet does exactly that. I'll absolutely be returning for all of my car servicing needs, and I won't hesitate to recommend this dealership to family, friends, and anyone who relies on reviews to make informed decisions.
