Dishonest and Deceptive I was first a customer of Chapman Ford when I bought a car in 2011. For years after that purchase I used their service department without issue and thought they were a quality dealership at their former location. After moving away and returning to the area, naturally I went back for my next service. What a mistake, that is the last time I will ever go to Chapman Ford. Scheduling a simple oil change and tire rotation was easy enough until checkout. Their advertised oil change is $84.95. They are either not charging their listed prices or I was charged almost $50 for a tire rotation, either outcome is ridiculous. Beyond that the cashier appears to be a sweet looking lady, but is a wolf in reality. She will lie straight to your face while adding a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. She made up some story about the credit card company adding 3% to the cost but of course this isn't even what the receipt that she hands out says at the bottom. There was no indication at any point during scheduling or dropoff there would be a surcharge for credit cards. To me, it is unacceptable for a business to pass an operating cost to their customers, will they ask customers to pay employee healthcare or their income taxes next? If you want to offer acceptance of credit cards, pay your own expenses. This experience makes it easy to understand why they have the lowest google rating for Ford dealers in the area. Be warned and go somewhere else. They also only push good follow-up survey reviews to their google ratings so it is already inflated.

Joseph Flowers was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. I made it clear I had already…read morebeen to two other dealerships looking for a new Civic Si but did not find the exact fit. Joseph located the exact 4 door in my color with all the options I wanted. It was in shipping so he had the truck routed to deliver it to Jones. Within a few days it was delivered and I purchased my first Honda. Joseph even had a better price than the other dealers who only had colors or options I wasn't looking for. I'd highly recommend going to see Jones for a new Honda purchase.

As a Honda family since 1995, I have never been so disregarded as a customer. I have lived in three…read morestates with my Honda Pilot 04, therefore I have visited many dealerships and know what good customer service and knowledge looks like. This dealership is a complete joke from mechanical assistance to auto body repairs. The only thing I trust this dealership with is my oil change, and even when I get my vehicle back, something sounds or feels different and I have to take it elsewhere for second opinions. This review is focused more on my recent experience after getting in a fender bender. I had my Pilot towed to Lancaster Honda's Auto Body, where it took the employees 4 days, not including the weekend, to just look at my car to get an estimate, which ended up not happening. The establishment returned the keys of a car with busted fender and bumper quicker, than taking 15 minutes to assist a valued customer of 20 years. If you care about your vehicle, stay away from this establishment. If you are looking for mechanical assistance, Mikes Motor Zone. If you're looking for Auto Body repair, Maaco. Trust me, Extremely Disappointed Customer.

I shopped online for months for a used Yukon XL. I talked to a lot of sales people, contacted a lot…read moreof dealerships and got 1000 automated emails. Dan Marrone gave me an honest description of the vehicle. No high-pressure sales. No lies. We came to a fair price quickly. He helped with the insurance, finance, and rental car return. Communication with Dan and the dealership was great. I drove seven hours in the snow not knowing exactly what I was going to see when I got there. The four-year-old vehicle looked like new. I had no issues and I am completely satisfied. Thanks Dan and the rest of the Jones staff.

This place looks fine and all is bright and beautiful when arriving and leaving with a car. I will…read moresay my salesperson was the nicest. BUT they don't tell you how they seem to not inspect their cars properly or even care to try to help out when you have to come back TWICE in less than a month that you've had your car over parts and malfunctions. It takes a few transfers when calling for assistance to get anyone to even try to let you explain the situation further. And nobody knows ANYTHING useful. It's like they're playing a guessing game. My "new" used car had to sit for a bit before getting an appointment for service. For which I had to wait 2 hours (appointment scheduled) to be told that I had to wait some more because they were just about to work on it. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of recommending the place to a friend. Who also got a car for her mother, and it broke down and made an awful noise 24 hours in. Not to mention they promised to detail it and it was dirty. The manager has NO customer service training, it seems like, or just doesn't really care because "once the car leaves the lot, it is not their problem". I'd think if they were to inspect their cars properly and be more into providing a better service, they could prevent a few of their problems when clients have to come back and chew on their asses while they show no empathy or willingness to help! I absolutely DO NOT recommend Jones Used Car Center to anybody that has no experience with these situations or would like to be met with more helpful people. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere, with better customer service from management and cars that don't break down in less than a month or even 24 hours in.
