While I was being rung up (by a wonderful staff member) and other patron was donating art and filling out paperwork. One of the employees assisted and because the paperwork was messed up the owner said loudly and with a tone "there are too many hands in the pot". The employee and artist looked flabbergasted and I was shocked at the way the owner handles herself. Although the store has alot of supplies not found in craft stores, what I went for the employee stated they were out of stock of 5 items for watercolor. The staff was extremely nice, but because of the owners personality I will not be returning.

I just brought with me to Illinois one of the very large pieces they had framed They offer a unique and perfect system for hanging a piece which makes it very easy to level. In my move I lost some of the hardware. They graciously sent me replacement pieces and I am so happy to have the wonderfully framed peace now hanging again with me in my temporary apartment in Illinois. The way I found North Penn Art was by entering a photo contest. It was suggested to use North Penn Art to print and mat our pieces. We could go anywhere we wanted but they mentioned North Penn Art.
