I have referred this business to many people and have used them every time that I have been the…read more"Team Mom" for my sons sports teams. They have always satisfied my needs but this last time I used them I was so beyond disappointed. I will NEVER go back nor will I recommend to anyone that I remotely like! I went in to look for trophies for my sons flag football team, the selection was not that great but I managed to find a style that would fit my needs. The lady that waited on me gave me a price and told me if I got our order in 2 weeks before we needed it, we would get a discount. I told her how many I would need of that style she gave me a total price for everything and I left. When I came back to place the order a different person waited on me and told me the trophy I had chosen was on the discontinued table and they didn't have enough to fulfill my order. It would have been nice had I been told that 2 weeks ago! I chose an alternate trophy and paid the difference not wanting to ask parents to shell out more money. The day the trophies where supposed to be ready, I get a call asking for one of the coaches names. Completely my fault I was supposed to get back with them and forgot. Maybe an hour later there is a message left on my phone asking me to call back, there is problem with my order. When I return the call I am told we opened the box of trophies we ordered to fill your order and most of them were broken. We don't have enough to fill your order, did you want to come in or us to pick something else for you? Uhhhhh, NO! I will be right there! I go to the shop and I am shown cheap, discontinued trophies to choose from....none of which I liked. When I asked them why they waited until the LAST minute to ill the order, I was told that was their normal procedure. The owner came out and "apologized". That does me no good when I need the trophies RIGHT NOW! I have 6 little boys that are going to be heart broken if I don't deliver! When I told them how disappointed I was in their unprofessionalism and that in the future I would not be using them again....their response was....sorry, with a smile. As a business owner, if I had a customer that was unhappy and had given me repeat business I would do everything within my power to make sure they were happy when they walked out. Not this business owner! He gets a lot of business from both #EglinAFB and #HulburtField so I am sure loosing one "Team Mom" from the #EglinYouthPrograms will not affect him. But if you are looking for someone that cares about more than your money and has a backup plan if things go wrong, I do not recommend this company. I will definitely find another company to do business with. At the end of the day I was at their mercy and had to choose from trophies I didn't want of like because they waited until the day I was supposed to pick them up to fill the order!
