We pay over three grand a month in rent and utilities, only to have someone come out and tell us there's nothing wrong with the carpet. The carpet looks like it has never been changed since the house was built. Even after the guy who came to install flooring because of a flood in the house, he left glue shoe prints on the carpeted stairs, they still said no. Not only that, but why am I being charged for a service fee to use Conservice when I didn't have a choice? So let me get this straight. They are charging me $10.50 to use a service I had NO choice but to use. We're getting closer to buying a home, and I pray to god that it happens--my advice: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. From what I've already read about moving out, I know there will be some legal problems. TAKE PICTURES AND ALLOCATE EVERYTHING. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMING FOR MORE MONEY AT THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT.
