That all changed when we had the pleasure of working with Abigail! She was able to qualify us for more than what other lenders told us and in a VERY quick timeframe (just a couple of days to get our pre-approval letter)! Abby has all her loans underwriter pre-approved, so you don't have to deal with any headaches of underwriting not wanting to approve your loan when it comes time to close. This made the process so much easier and less stressful for my husband and I. We could confidently look at homes we knew we would qualify for and had the additional negotiating leverage of having an underwriter approved pre-approval letter! Everything worked out in our favor and we are blessed to be in our perfect little starter nest just two months after initially starting the process with Abigail! We could not be happier. If you're looking for a loan officer in Florida, Nevada, or Utah, look no further Abigail is THE BEST!!

    We've been living in this house for over 6 years. Never missed a payment and never really called…read morethem for anything. But this year, after being a long-time resident, I have insisted on getting new carpet for the house. We pay over three grand a month in rent and utilities, only to have someone come out and tell us there's nothing wrong with the carpet. The carpet looks like it has never been changed since the house was built. Even after the guy who came to install flooring because of a flood in the house, he left glue shoe prints on the carpeted stairs, they still said no. Not only that, but why am I being charged for a service fee to use Conservice when I didn't have a choice? So let me get this straight. They are charging me $10.50 to use a service I had NO choice but to use. We're getting closer to buying a home, and I pray to god that it happens--my advice: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. From what I've already read about moving out, I know there will be some legal problems. TAKE PICTURES AND ALLOCATE EVERYTHING. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMING FOR MORE MONEY AT THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT.

Their new neighborhood is a trailer park disguised as 6 bedroom homes. They don't enforce any HOA rules so the streets are lined with cars on both sides, making it dangerous to drive through. There are so many people living in each home that the garage space is converted into a living room, with tvs mounted on the wall and all. They only care about money, period.

Questionable ethical practice especially when it comes to signed confidentiality agreements. I had the unfortunate dealing with his business practice. I would beware and be careful when dealing with this smooth and fast talking chameleon. To summarize him, I would say: Stupid, Incompetent, and not to be trusted. Fired him and his assistant, Rob Martino. Never again.

Unfortunately, after a series of unplanned life events and crisis', I had no choice but to attempt a short sale on my condo from out of state. I chose Darci to represent me as my realtor, because of her integrity and endless positive traits. As a previous co-worker/friend, she has demonstrated to me that she lives her life to succeed. She lives by the philosophy that life is better when we choose to make the best of every situation, no matter the circumstances. From the moment I entered the contract of working with Coldwell Bankers, and more specifically with Darci Cutler, I was rewarded with prompt phone calls to discuss expectations, processes, impending paperwork, and deadlines. (I am embarrassed to admit this, but...) In all honesty, I was a nightmare client to represent. In the moments that I would get so overwhelmed with my personal situation (giving up on the process, paperwork, buyers, etc...), there was Darci, kindly reminding me that she was there (along with Coldwell Bankers) to support and help me through the process. Patience is a virtue rarely seen in realtors; however, with her that was my entire experience. At moments when I would get discouraged after an offer fell through, was rejected, and/or something went wrong, there was Darci with her positive demeanor. She would talk me into believing there was something better out there that was in the works. She would will a positive outcome to materialize, and it would. Her confidence was contagious and the condo sold!!! I put my trust in the right company, and in the right person.
