I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Chapman's tree service, Inc. I had two very tall trees fall in my backyard, which was hard to access, and a third huge tree that split and fell between other trees. Chapman's came out, assessed the situation, explained everything, and did an amazing job carefully removing the trees from my property, which was quite dangerous , as they had to lift part of the trees over my house. They also did a great job with cleanup afterwards, you almost wouldn't know they had been there, and they did it quite fast. It was amazing! These are true professionals who know what they're doing. Recently used Chapman Tree Services for the removal of 15 trees (4 smaller trees, 11 large trees). We could not have had a better experience. I've used a number of companies to have trees removed in the past and these guys are TRULY top notch. Every member of the five man crew was extremely professional and courteous. They needed to speak with a neighbor about placing an outrigger for their crane on the edge of the neighbor's property. Linc (?) was extremely respectful in approaching the neighbor to ensure the neighbor was okay with their request. Probably easier to bullet point the rest. * Crew was extremely efficient - no standing around / fooling around over a long day * MOST important - no collateral damage to my property during the work * Clean up was excellent - better than expected / much better than a number of the other companies I've used * From quote to execution the Chapman folks were open to requests and were great about answering questions and ensuring that we understood exactly how the process would take place. Speaking from experience, having trees removed is not an enjoyable experience but the guys at Chapman made it as painless as possible and did a fantastic job from quote to finish. Chapman's Tree Service trucks parked on a narrow road in front of my house for 2 days when their customer is not even located on our street but 2 blocks away. All trucks and cars trying to get around their trucks are driving in my lawn and tearing it up because they can barely get by. I've called 2 times to ask for the equipment trucks to be moved to the area where they are working. No action. I've taken photos and want my lawn fixed. After agreeing to their estimate we made an appointment to have the work done. They didn't show up or even call. When we called to see if they were coming we were told they would have to reschedule. These guys were fantastic. We had a dead tree that was leaning towards power lines and wanted someone out there ASAP. I called and spoke with the receptionist who was very professional and amazingly helpful. She squeezed us in on the books so they could get someone out to take a look. The owner called me same day and said he could come by on his way home. He was very no nonsense and told us the cost and what would be involved. He told us if we went with someone else than that was fine. He managed our expectations very well and said he may not be able to get someone out the next day but he would try. He called me the next day and said that he was sending the crew over there soon. Once the crew was there they were very professional and quick. They didn't leave a mess. They gave a quick and easy free estimate beforehand, worked my job in in a timely manner, cut the tree to where it still looks good (not mangled like I've seen other services do), and their clean up was even better than I expected. I had Chapman take down a large Sweet Gum tree. It was a difficult position to take out a large tree. There is a busy street a few feet away, power lines and other utility wires on another side and other trees and bushes close as well. They were extremely careful not to damage my other trees and bushes and they avoided the wires and street with careful control of every limb. They were very thorough with the removal and clean-up of all debris. I highly recommend them for any tree removal service you might need. read more

I have dealt with Chapman's Tree Service twice over the last few years, and now I don't call anybody else, even for estimates. Todd Chapman is very good to work with, and the prices that he charges are more than reasonable, especially compared with other tree services I've talked to in the past. Todd's crew that did the work at my house both times, including today, really knows what they are doing. They are nice and easy to deal with. They are very proficient and work together like clockwork, which means that they get the job done pretty quickly (which doesn't really matter to me - I just care about the job being done well - but I was very surprised at how fast they got finished today). They work safely and have regard for property. The equipment they use allows them not to have to use spikes to go up trees, which means trees don't get scarred. And the stump grinding guy that Todd sends out is good, too. They all seem to go the extra mile, and they clean up after their work well. Another plus was that I didn't have to pay until after the work was done. I definitely recommend Chapman's. read more
