Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. I messaged him months ago for an estimate but then kept forgetting to get back to him since we were still looking for a house and I was just beyond stressed and exhausted. He was patient and understanding. Finally when I was ready for the move he came to look at what we had in the apartment, he gave us a quote of time and hours and we scheduled the move. He came with one other person and they arrived a bit early and worked for 6 years straight moving all our stuff up and down the stairs. They were really careful with our items, wrapping them carefully and nothing was damaged during the move. I actually had him come out another time for a smaller move bcs I didn't have everything ready the first time. It took him and a helper like 20 mins to move 20 boxes - would have taken my boyfriend at least 2 days to do it. Niki and his guys are super efficient, friendly and accommodating. And pricing was really reasonable. I got a bunch of quotes from other places and it was just crazy with the hours, truck charge and all the extra fees. Niki's prices are a set price, no truck fee or hidden charges. That's what good business is about.
