The whole process moves very fast and you get a great cut at the end of it. Of course you can schedule an appointment, but the walk in feature is super convenient when you're like me and forget to get your hair cut until you need to go somewhere (e.g. a family event where your mom will not so subtly wish that you had a haircut). All super professional barbers that will follow your direction (or will tell you what they think is best if you ask). I go in for a clean up, which turned into half of my beard being gone, while leaving a long goatee. I thought I'd let it grow out a bit, and it wasn't a super big deal. But when I get home and lived with the beard a little longer, I saw a full clippers width of hair missing on the underside of my neck and how uneven and thin everything looked. I ended up shaving it as it really didn't not look great. And that was months of growth I had worked on.
