High speed charging and right at the Chevron. Makes it easy for a stretch, snack and restroom break. Only 1 charger though.

Tesla Supercharger - You have to back in

Covered lot on a 99°F day is fantastic. While charging, I sat in my car and had lunch. With a…read moreshopping mall on premise, I could have walked around, but I had things to do and people to see. At 45¢/kWh, the price seemed good. Once inside the parking lot, the car did have trouble finding a supercharger spot, so we had to manually drive (I know, the humanity) and park at a 250 kW space. In order for the car to find a supercharger spot, I needed to input that into the car's navigation system. Not only is there shopping nearby and Whole Foods, but there are eateries and restrooms.

This is a very nice Tesla supercharger station located close to Highway 50 in a covered parking lot…read moreright next to Whole Foods. There are also some dining options in nearby. This is a safe location with lighting and many shoppers. There are also over 20 chargers at this location so even if it is a busy time you will likely not have to wait for long. I would recommend this location. Also there are 2 more Superchargers on the way to Lake Tahoe. One near highway 50 and the exit for Missouri Flat Rd and another one a bit further north in Placerville. Also I highly recommend you max your charge before leaving this area because once we got so caught up with sightseeing we n the mountains near Lake Tahoe that we forgot to charge!!!! There are less Superchargers once you are in the mountains. Luckily we found another supercharger near Donner Lake but barely made it.

For example, the shredded cheese comes in 2 smaller bags vs the competitor's giant size bags. They also carry a wider variety of items(candy, chips, snacks, clothing) that you can find at a regular retail grocery store. Interesting items I found: whole Mexican papayas, fresh coconut juice in the shell, freshly squeezed orange juice, meat pizza, delicious birthday cake with whipped icing, machine that gives out household samples to name a few. I purchased my membership when it was discounted so watch out for it.

It was my first time at Sam's Club (8/7/26) and I encountered two extremely rude employees. I had a…read morecurbside pick up order but went inside the store to pick up a few groceries in store. When I checked out, I asked my cashier if I could pick up my curbside order in the store instead. She was very friendly and super helpful! She flagged down another employee to double check that this was okay. The employee she flagged down was extremely rude to both the cashier and to me. The cashier even apologized on her behalf to me! I was able to pick up my curbside order thanks to my super nice cashier and the man that helped me was friendly too. When I exited the store with my orders I encountered the rudest employee! She informed me that "I didn't clear and she needed to see receipts." I told her I did have a curbside order in my cart maybe that is why I didn't clear and she told me in a very mean aggressive tone "that is not what I asked you! I need your receipt." She did not specify which receipt (the curbside or in store order) so I just handed her my in store order receipt. She started barking orders at me demanding to see all my groceries. I know this sounds dramatic but I literally felt like she was interrogating me acting like I stole from them. I told her it was my first time in store so I wasn't aware they needed to recheck my receipt like they do at Costco. She just scoffed and told me the groceries didn't clear from the "technology." Trying to make small talk I asked about the technology they use and she just said "I don't know it's AI." I have never encountered such a rude person at any restaurant or grocery store like that! I usually go to Costco and it is way busier than Sam's Club and the folks at the exit are usually really friendly and understanding. Because of those two employees alone, I don't want to renew my membership next year. I'm lucky I got it on a deal and it was only $15.

While in the area, we decided to stop at this Costco to do our weekly shopping!…read more I love Costco - it might be one of my favorite stores and I have no shame! They had a few Halloween items out still - including a $7 pumpkin throw pillow that I couldn't say no to. They also had their Christmas stuff out already which I thought was crazy - it's not even September yet! This location has a huge clothes area - bigger than the one at Arden I think. They didn't have anything different in the premade food section, but we did pick up their salmon that is always a hit in our house. Loved seeing the packs of Witches Brew Alani for $20! Of course I picked up a case. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure if we'll be back to this location because it is out of the way, but I'm glad we stopped in.

I like this Costco, because it's quite often not as busy as other warehouses in the area…read more It has your usual Costco "stuff". Groceries on one side, everything else on the other side. They have premade foods, the meat is high-quality, and the bakery is awesome. They also have the optical shop and the hearing aid center. I've never had to have my hearing aids, serviced there, but they always have the batteries I need at very decent prices. Everyone I have dealt with at the store has been very friendly. Of course, you have the samples, the only problem with the samples is, they may lead to an "impulse buy." but hey, that's why they are there, right? I have Gotten some great things before after sampling them first. It works....... There's also the whole rotisserie chicken for only $4.99. The rotisserie chicken, as well as the hotdog and soda, are what they call " loss leaders." they lose money on the item, but they use it to lure you to come in, and buy lots of other things. And also, of course, the rotisserie chickens are in the very back of the store, so you have to walk through the store to get to them. Good marketing. The gas station is very large, at 24 pumps. I usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes. Plus, the gas prices are great, and it is definitely very high-quality gasoline. The attendant there if you have any questions, or you forgot your card, is always very friendly and helpful. The food court is awesome. The ubiquitous buck 50 hotdog and soda, the pizza is great, and while it is definitely an acquired taste, I really like the chicken bake. Today, for the first time, I tried the chicken strips. Five humongous strips, for only $6.99. They were lightly breaded. I don't know what their "secret blend of herbs and spices" is, but the breading was delicious, and the chicken was moist and tender. They also came with a fantastic honey, mustard dipping sauce. I barely made it through half of the order, and I was stuffed. The rest came home for another meal. They reheated beautifully. I don't like the way they run the food court now, though... In the past, you just walked up, ordered, and paid at the window. Now, you have to walk up to a kiosk, scan your membership card, order whatever you are going to order, pay, and then the machine spits out a receipt to take to the window. When I was there today, it was after lunchtime, they still had some 10 people in line waiting to pick up food, and only one person working the window. The food is good, but it can be a little bit inconvenient to get said food. Other than that, I love this store. I will continue to come back.
