I was trying to…read morepurchase my Tesla here in Oregon and wasn't having the best luck with the service I was receiving locally. I decided to reach out to Jake, an old friend from the Rocklin, California area, and he immediately got me taken care of. Jake helped me get exactly the car I wanted and was always responsive whenever I reached out for an update. The communication and customer service throughout the entire process were top-notch. I typically lease and get a new vehicle about every two years, so I've been through the car-buying process quite a few times. This was, by far, my favorite and easiest car-buying experience. I'll absolutely be recommending Jake and this location to my friends, even if it means making the trip down to California. I absolutely love my Tesla -- one of the best decisions I've made! Huge thank you to Jake Ready and his entire team for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Phenomenal service from start to finish!

An unlimited number of stars for the car itself, with just a couple of very small glitches. This…read moreis review number 1000. I like to go big for my milestone reviews. Well...... Teslas are amazing Cars. They drive, amazingly quiet. They are among the safest cars on the road The charging is cheaper than gas, no smog checks, no oil changes, no fluids to worry about, they are cheaper to operate than gas cars. The car is basically a rolling computer. They are continuously updating the software, so your car is always improving. If you buy New, it comes with a five-year 50,000 mile warranty, and the battery is guaranteed not to drop below 70% for eight years, or 100,000 miles. I rented one Earlier in the year, and I loved it. They are so easy, and so much fun to drive. I knew I was going to get one, I just had to wait until the numbers were right. I rented one again, recently, , this time with the auto pilot, and that's what finally put me over the top. I was heading into Sacramento from Reno, I passed this place on the freeway, I stopped in to take a look, and that was it. The place is very clean, and everybody who works there is very friendly, and will gladly answer any and all questions you may have.. My advisor was Tommy, and he was nothing but helpful. If I had any questions, I could give him a call, and he would gladly help me out. Buying a Tesla is a bit different. Depending on what model, and options you decide on, everybody pays the same price. The advisors do not work on commission. No haggling, no hard sell. They can make suggestions About add-ons and options, but they do not make one penny off of what you buy. My two rentals were the model 3 sedan, and I also test drove the model Y, which is their compact SUV. The model Y was a fantastic car, but it was a little bit too big for me, so I decided to go with the model 3 I really like the way that sedan sits. You order your car on the Tesla app. You also do all of your paperwork on the app. If you are in the shop, they will l show you the vehicle, arrange a test drive, answer any questions you might have, and when you tell them you are ready to buy, basically, they hand you a tablet, and they will help walk you through the ordering process. These cars are so popular, there is a wait. You put down a $250 deposit, and then you either pay the rest, or arrange financing, when your car gets there. Also, if you are military or a veteran, they knock an extra $500 off the price of the car. I had to wait about three weeks. Well worth the wait. They keep you informed on the app of what the status is on your vehicle. My vehicle finally came, I made an appointment to pick it up, I came in, we finalized all the paperwork, I went over the vehicle completely. They walked me through all of the different settings of the car, I accepted the car, and it's mine. I love it very much. Again, the dealership, especially Tommy, answered any questions I might have. There were a couple of small glitches. The app was telling me that my vehicle was in production, and I wanted to see if they had any other information. I tried to call the dealership, but unfortunately, nobody was available, so I got routed to Tesla support, basically a call center. I asked if they had any further information, and they said "oh yes, your vehicle will be there next week. I hadn't heard anything by next week, so I called back, this time I got the call center, and they said oh, your vehicle will be there by Friday. I didn't get it until almost 2 weeks after I made the First phone call. Please, if you're not sure, don't build up people's hopes by giving them incorrect information, if you don't know for sure. The second small glitch, was I have a special license plate, that waives my DMV registration fee. When I put in my order, I mentioned this, and they asked for paperwork to confirm it. I uploaded it. When I went to pick up the vehicle today, it had never been entered into the system. I had to pay the registration fee, and they said I will get a check back to cover that in about two weeks. I'm going to get my money, it was just a little bit inconvenient. Hey, nobody's perfect, I don't know where the ball got dropped, but hey... it happens. Overall, though, I'm very happy. I love this vehicle. The tech is wonderful, and they are very fun to drive. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I watched a lot of YouTube videos, so I would know what to expect when it got here. Those helped a lot. Even though there were a couple of small glitches, this dealership is awesome. Thank you.

I'll be the first to admit... casinos usually aren't my thing. But when my wife says, "Let's go to…read moreThunder Valley," sometimes you just grab your jacket and enjoy the adventure. She had a mission that night, and let's just say the dealers were more than happy to accept her donations. After watching her try her luck, I figured I had to step in and see if I could change the story. A few hands of blackjack later, the tables started looking a little friendlier. Somehow, I went from the guy who didn't even want to be there to the guy trying to win it all back. Beyond the laughs and the gambling, what stood out was the atmosphere. Thunder Valley has that exciting Vegas-style energy without having to leave Northern California. The property is beautiful, the staff was welcoming, and there's plenty to do whether you're there for gaming, food, or just a fun night out. I may not have walked in as a casino fan, but I definitely walked out appreciating the experience. Sometimes the best nights are the ones you didn't plan. Thunder Valley -- you might have just converted me.

We're not even checked out yet and we've had quite a bit of issues. The rooms are very spacious and nice, but please keep in mind if you are staying longer than a day then I don't think this place is the right fit for you. This place would probably be better for just an overnight stay because it's definitely not the comfort inn suites. The room does not include a microwave, they charge you an extra $10 to bring up a microwave to your room, and then an extra $10 a night that it stays in the room, which is ridiculous so cold food for the week for us. We have already spent over $700 just for the stay in general on top of that, they do not mention that you have to pay an extra hundred to 140 for another holding deposit after u check in. We had to cover three of our friends deposits that day because they had no idea since they already paid their half of the portion or I think they had already paid and most of my friends weren't getting paid until two or three days later so we had to lose a lot of our money that way to cover them. Valet parking was a bit of a mess. Was told that they need my ID and my insurance card and for my name to be on the insurance as well as the car. Which I understand, but as of right now, I am sharing my mom's car until I find a new car so it just was a whole process of that being inconvenient on top of just trying to get our stuff up to the rooms. Our ticket was also misplaced and taken and disposed of so that took an extra 1020 minutes for us to figure out how that happened because one of the new people accidentally took it with them when we were supposed to have it so we didn't get our stuff for awhile on top of the car. Birthday dinner at thunder Café was a bit of a mess TBH. Had to send my Alfredo back because there was no sauce on it, the chicken itself was dry and cold and not cooked all the way. On top of that do not spend $20 on the pasta because they will just give you two scoops of it and leave the rest of the bowl empty. I chose to get the pizza after that, which was fine. I took it to go since everybody was done with their food. Four of us ended up getting sick from the food there mind you I probably had a total of 10 people with me. So the next day a lot of my friends were throwing up in the toilet or stayed in the room all day due to not feeling good from the food. We were also supposed to use the pool to swim for a couple hours. Only to be told that whoever needs to use the pole needs to have ID and has to be specifically staying with us. No outside guest, even if it is for a birthday thing for a couple hours, which was very inconvenient on 103 day. We definitely should've booked somewhere at the comfort inn suites but my fiancé thought it would be nice to do something different and it definitely was the wrong decision. This place obviously just wants money on top of money and wants to make it inconvenient for u by not telling u everything before u check in and after, so I would not waste your time here. Looking forward to leaving tomorrow and not coming back. I wish we could get a refund off of this place considering how much we have spent and dealt with. On top of no cold water here in the bathroom sinks it's only steaming hot water when u wash ur hands or brush ur teeth. Not fun.

Unfortunately, due to an emergent situation that took me too far across town, I pushed the mileage to a very low level. I was less than 2 miles from my home and the mileage indicator was at 5 miles, which was plenty to get me home, so I thought. Got off the freeway and the mileage indicator quickly went from 5 to 0 in less than a .25 mile. Needless to say, I got stuck at 10:00 p.m. just a few blocks from home. I called several tow companies, no one could help as the EV requires a flatbed trailer to tow. After about an hour on the phone and a few minutes crying my eyes out from frustration, I managed to pull up the information for AA Mobile EV Charging, what a relief! I called and was immediately assured they could help me and come charge my vehicle. I was appoximately one hour away from their location; however, a very nice young man showed up within the hour, charged my car, and even followed me home to ensure I made it safely. I am so happy to have found AA Mobile EV Charging, they saved the day! Most people who own an EV think they will ever get stuck in a situation like mine; however, there is always that possibility if you drive an EV. I highly recommend adding AA Mobile EV Charging as a contact to your mobile phone for any EV owner in the Sacramento/Placer area.
