It's behind a Sheetz which is a bonus, I used a 150KW slot for our car as we can't take advantage of the 350KW and. I will say I discovered that for our car the last charger on the left side (150KW/Chademo) the slot the charger is and it's design doesn't work if you have a driver side front charging port (Audi Q8 or Chevy Bolt) and the cord didn't reach, so had to move to the far right charger. Worked great, got our 20-80% (62 kWh) in 28 minutes and hit a max of 146 KW (rated 150KW on charger). Since it was a new vehicle, didn't cost us anything. Great value from our perspective and plus got to buy road snacks inside the sheetz. Seemed to be a well used location at one point had two Ioniq 5s and a VW ID.4 there, a Rivian R1T drove buy but must have kept going since we were all there.

No matter which route you take you will walk up hill at times. North America has more cold areas than Africa. More air-conditioned areas and more misting stations. Utilize the tram and bus systems inside the park. This gives you a behind the scenes look at some of the exhibits and gets you off your feet and cools you down with the breeze. The smaller bus is air conditioned. The staff will help you load and unload your stroller or wagon if you bring one. There is an extra charge to feed the giraffes (worth it) you can buy tickets at the giraffe feeding station directly, butterfly garden (worth it) you buy tickets for it at junction plaza, zoofari (worth it) you can buy tickets for it at junction plaza. And the carousel (not worth it in my opinion) you can buy tickets for it at junction plaza. The zoofari only runs Thursdays and Fridays at 11 am and 12 pm or Saturdays and Sundays at 10am, 11 am, and 12 pm or you can request a private tour for a private group. the carousel isn't worth it for me personally. It's small and in a very dark shaded spot of Junction Plaza. If you want a better carousel experience you should check out Nido & Mariana Qubein Childrens Museum if you can. It has a double decker carousel that offers unlimited rides for free once you pay for admission to the museum. Bring your own water and your own food/snacks that are light and won't bog you down. This will save on money spent in the zoo. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the outside of the zoo you can stop at to save on money. When in the zoo make sure to check out each one of the gifts shops. Each gift shop has something a bit different that they sell, so there is a chance you might miss an item if you only go into one gift shop. bring some good binoculars. We got lucky and didn't really need to use them much, but they do help when trying to spot animals in some of the bigger enclosers.

The zoo is clean, well organized, and offers a very interactive environment that keeps everyone engaged. There is a lot of walking, but that is part of the charm and allows for a more natural setting for the animals. Food is about what you would expect from a large attraction and can be on the expensive side, but the overall experience more than makes up for it. We have never had a bad visit here. It is a place we will keep coming back to, and we are excited to see the new Asia section they are adding this year.

It helps to download the EVgo app in advance so you're ready to start as soon as you get there. The app also has a rewards program and plans that can help you save and avoid the transaction fee. The stations can be a little tricky to get started, but with some finagling, I was able to get connected and start charging. There's a book store and grocery store right next to the charging station, as well as a lot of good restaurants and shops. It's nice to be able to walk around and do some shopping and get a beverage while waiting for the car to charge.

Beware, it's a smoking casino but it's pretty well ventilated. No free drinks while you gamble here and didn't see any cocktail waitress come around the slot machines--had to get drinks at the center bar or sports book bar myself.

As expected, giant modern slot machines are everywhere, and mostly encircle the table games areas which are mostly in front of the restaurants. I don't have any interest at all in slots, but my friends do, and they highly enjoy playing the machines here. There seems to be bettings amounts available for any player, from the penny slotters to people with more money to burn. That's great. The smoke on the edges of these areas is not bad at all. I still find it amazing we somehow allow people to smoke ONLY in casinos. In the heart of a bunch of machines, you may find it more acrid. Thankfully, most have given way to vaping, and the casino is well ventilated. On to the table games. I have one big negative here. A minimum $25 per bet on craps ($5 for hard ways and other bets) is ridiculous, and is keeping people from participating. Maybe they lower these at off-peak times... but I love to play craps, and can't play the strategy I like for $100-$125 per shooter. No thanks. That is the main reason for the 3 star rating. You are going to make plenty of cash on craps, just lower the freaking minimums. $10 would be awesome, $15 acceptable. Have a high roller table somewhere if you want. Blackjack was more reasonable, with $15 per hand bets when I went. The dealers I "dealt" with (haha) were all great in their own way. Some helping players with strategy, others just being very professional in their roles. In all cases, games flowed freely, and we had a good time at the tables. No one smoked at any tables I could see, though it was allowed. I would simply move to another table if someone did. I don't really do roulette or some of the things like 3 card poker, but minimums there were also pretty acceptable. Craps was just way way off. CHANGE THIS. I didn't bet with the sports book or play in the WSOP room. I did join the players club, and pissed away my $10 bonus on a slot machine in 2 minutes. Overall, I left the casino a couple hundo richer following mostly proper Blackjack strategy, which is more than most can say I would imagine. Make craps more accessible, and you will see me more regularly. Don't... and you won't.
