Even after buying my own T.V. they broke my seat belt cover and the cover around the windshield. My headliner is totally screwed up . This is in a 2018 gmc truck bought brand new! The owner is never there! Also while I was waiting for my truck for 3 weeks to get this resolved. Other customers were have the same problems. They sold a customer a speaker box that had a crack in it . This shop is terrible!!! I just wanted my truck away from this shop. If you're not just getting tint . I would advise you not to go anywhere near this shop. I would give the rate of NO stars if this was an option. By the way my amps keep shutting off. So I'm going to another shop to get all this stuff fixed! I…read morestopped by one Friday at 4pm, the guys dropped everything they were doing one hour before they close for the weekend to help me diagnose my issue. With the time they had, they gave me some ideas to consider. I eventually came back first thing Monday morning, without an appointment. They immediately remembered me and Chris came out to take a closer look. 10 minutes later and he had the audio system working perfectly! I went back in to ask what I owed them and they very kindly said that they were just glad to help me out. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and gracious. Chris was efficient, personable, and went out of his way on a Monday morning. I owe him big time! I have a wrap and another audio system to install and this is the only place I will take my vehicles to. I highly recommend them for any aftermarket installs and wraps. They were in the middle of a RV project and helped another customer who came up in an 18 wheeler. Driven Creations can do it all! And the right way and with a positive and professional attitude.

I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

I was trying to work with a shop locally here in Reno, but they just couldn't get it, & within a day of explaining my seat I wanted, they had a prototype to show me, & it looked phenomenal! Being a seat that they never made, it took awhile to be made, but I was fine with that, I'd rather have something done right, than rush them to do a half assed job, they really put their time & thought into this seat & it shows in the quality! I'm now planning on taking my car up there within the next 2 months to have them do the interior on my 2015 Audi S5 since they did such a great job on my bike seat.

Had service prior of tinting on my car and I was satisfied a year or so ago. I wanted to try again…read morebecause I bought a brand new car for my wife. I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.
