I've taken it to a few other places to have this issue just placed a damn (trying to keep it G rated) Band-Aid on it. But Country Roads RV Center, their service team kicked that toilets butt. ( G rating ) I had to take in once and it stopped leaking for a little bit but their service tech finally found the problem the second time around! And you want to talk about quick! They got to the problem and THEN I made them fix a few "other issues" I needed help with. And!!! Installed a new kitchen faucet all in one day! Camping world would have taken a days to get this all done! Sorry Camping World. I think I've found another place to get this and that repair or fixed. Hey I just did a review for Camping World too! Their staff took me in and were so sweet and kind to me, an old veteran lady! I know I'll be back. And guys! The kitchen faucet looks amazing It really ties the room together! If you know where the quote came from you're cool and we just became best friends! Thank you again Service and Parts! It was a great experience! I was told the work would be 2 weeks out, and I would get a call with any needed work at that point, months before our trip, was perfectly fine - or so I thought . After 3 weeks, I called them, and the tire estimate was double what Discount Tire quoted, and they said I needed a new slide motor. They then ordered it, with an ETA of 2-3 days. After nearly two full months of status updates of "next week", the trailer was still not ready. Estimated completion times came & went, and many weeks later, two days before our vacation, they explained the parts ordered were "wrong" and they would get right on it. I only received updates whenever I initiated contact, which never came to pass. This caused us to cancel a long-planned vacation -- and lose our non-refundable deposit in the process. This experience was not only frustrating but also costly. I have no problem paying premium repair rates and higher tire prices when the work is done correctly, but six weeks late is a bit much. On top of all that, they simply glared at me wordlessly when I finally picked it up and had no further explanations or even an apology when I picked the camper up several weeks late. Just told me the total. To add insult to injury, the owner replied with a fictitious story & timeline, leaving out the fact that I brought in on 6/10/25 primary the tires, bearings, and a mechanical inspection, and specifically mentioned the slide blowing breakers. After I checked in on the 7/11/25 (over a month later) did anyone mention the motor, and said the ETA was 2-3 days, and that work would be done in a day. From that point on, I called for any further updates. Every call was 2-3 days, until we missed our checkin date - otherwise, we WOULD have picked it up.

I first used this company years ago and the owner came out and was great. On this visit an employee came out to do a few repairs: 1. Replace my hot and cold water lines on my washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, on my next rv trip I quickly learned that he did NOT reconnect the dryer vent and the rv quickly heated up. The washer dryer will now need to be pulled out and reconnected properly. 2. Reconnect the trim pieces on 2 different slides that were pulled off the slide when closing and items were behind them. UNFORTUNATELY, the craftsmanship was horrendous. Some finishing nails were not completely hammered in, nail holes were left Unfilled with putty and the few nail holes that were filled were not smoothed out leaving mounds of putty on the wood. More UNFORTUNATE news is that as a result of the poor quality of work, both trim pieces fell away from the slide while camping. The job will need to be redone. 3. Adjust the vent cover on the roof as it was blocking the vent from closing all the way. UNFORTUNATELY, this was not corrected. This work racked up an few hundred dollars and all of it needs to be redone. All of it. I sent many pics and videos to the owner who I understand no longer lives in NC and I never heard anything back. I would have much preferred him to come out and correct the errors but this did not happen and after giving them several months to respond I want to inform other RVers of my experience.

Chris had to spend minimal time before he located the source... our tank heating pad had burnt a hole in our grey tank! Chris was fast, very knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. Not only did he fix our leak but he also repaired a leak in our kitchen sink and a bunch of other odd jobs (like patching a hole in our bathtub). He's the best we've found and would recommend him to anyone in need of RV repair!

I was very specific with request for a luxury car (that didn't smell like smoke) comparable to our car needing repair for rental but we were greeted with a small RAV4? Sized car. I refused the vehicle and then started looking for a car myself. It takes a few days to line up a luxury rental so work had to be delayed. I called State Farm & told them we needed to find a suitable vehicle and they were accommodating with increasing coverage if necessary. We found a suitable model in Asheboro and Enterprise brought it to the local office but it smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. So no go with that vehicle. I was ambushed when I asked to meet with the owner Brian Owens. He couldn't maintain eye contact when we met so I suspected he was upset. He was totally focused on our '24 Genesis not being a luxury vehicle..saying BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, Lexus were not in the same class. And it was a "Hyundai". Same price ranges and similar performance but somehow not the same class. Insulting. The new owner Brian Owens is insulting and doesn't take responsibility for what his business represents as services provided. His phone script (that he says he wrote) states that they work with your insurance company to set up car rentals to make it easy for customers to use their service. He did not handle the situation professionally. I even asked that we discuss in an office or away from the front desk but he insisted on being loud and confrontational in front of his front desk staff. Not a nice guy. After our encounter I called the front desk and apologized for our discussion that had to happen in front of them. I doubt this is the culture previous owner Larry Walker wants as a legacy and I feel badly for the staff who work in Brian's toxicity.
