A strong willed, undisciplined child has no place in a professional sales office. I realize it was only a $1000 transaction but I did expect a little more professionalism. The available selection of trailers is very slim looking more like models to order from rather than to purchase from, I gave a deposit and was told the trailer would be delivered in two or three days, it finally arrived 9 days later and only after I asked for a refund of the deposit, specifically asked for and was promised white spoke wheels to match the wheels on the towing truck but I left with the silver wheels and received a spring assist rear ramp which I did not order but was not charged for. I did receive a hearty thank you for the business and apology for the delay in delivery. As I hooking up the trailer, Ms Hutchens made a quick exit back to her office as I was checking out the lights and returned very briefly to help. I saved about $150 buying from Trinity Trailer but in hindsight I would have been better off going to another lot and paying a little more and getting more real service. I would not buy from them again.

When I came back for the break in service to be done, I watched a young man that had came into the store wanting to buy a new M1000RR. He had never owned or ridden a bike before and wanted this for his first bike because he loved BMWs. I watched the sales people talk him out of this bike, which to me says a lot about them. They could have made the sale and sent him on his way, not caring what would happen to him just about the sale. They convinced him to buy a cheaper bike and get some experience for a couple of years before buying the M1000. You don't see this much anymore, it's all about the sale nowadays. Sure they could have sold the bike because thats what the customer wanted, and said well he shouldn't have bought such a bike as his first but thats what he wanted. They knew he would have injured himself or someone else and cared enough to talk to him. Says a lot about the staff at the dealership. My wife's vehicle was rear ended a few weeks ago. I was very specific with request for a luxury car (that didn't smell like smoke) comparable to our car needing repair for rental but we were greeted with a small RAV4? Sized car. I refused the vehicle and then started looking for a car myself. It takes a few days to line up a luxury rental so work had to be delayed. I called State Farm & told them we needed to find a suitable vehicle and they were accommodating with increasing coverage if necessary. We found a suitable model in Asheboro and Enterprise brought it to the local office but it smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. So no go with that vehicle. I was ambushed when I asked to meet with the owner Brian Owens. He couldn't maintain eye contact when we met so I suspected he was upset. He was totally focused on our '24 Genesis not being a luxury vehicle..saying BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, Lexus were not in the same class. And it was a "Hyundai". Same price ranges and similar performance but somehow not the same class. Insulting. The new owner Brian Owens is insulting and doesn't take responsibility for what his business represents as services provided. His phone script (that he says he wrote) states that they work with your insurance company to set up car rentals to make it easy for customers to use their service. He did not handle the situation professionally. I even asked that we discuss in an office or away from the front desk but he insisted on being loud and confrontational in front of his front desk staff. Not a nice guy. After our encounter I called the front desk and apologized for our discussion that had to happen in front of them. I doubt this is the culture previous owner Larry Walker wants as a legacy and I feel badly for the staff who work in Brian's toxicity.
