The HomeGoods area was disorganized in certain aisles, but that's to be expected when people rummage through tupperware and bakeware. The prices are competitive to Wal-Mart, but the quality may be better, depending on the brand. HomeGoods is an especially great store to buy bedding. They have a good selection of sheet sets and down alternative comforters. If you need to purchase wedding gifts, but don't want to spend too much cash, the newlyweds won't know that you purchase inexpensive glassware from here (unless you include the receipt, of course).

Stopped in today just to kill some time…read more I was really not impressed. The store has a bunch of staff but not too many customers. It was organized pretty well, but the prices were high for the quality of the merchandise. I realize this is a second hand shop but some of the clothing, shoes, items should have been thrown in the trash! One woman was in the back organizing books while two other women were carrying on so loudly it was traveling through the entire store. I will also say that two children (I think a staff members) were playing and kind of destroying the children's area. It was extremely hard to look through. I wouldn't return to this location any time soon.

I was used to needing 3 pairs of boots a year, and now I buy just 1 a year. For someone in a less demanding environment I could see the boots he carries lasting for 5-10 years easily. Mark also fitted me with the correct boot for my feet, and it made my 14hr days just that much more bearable. Other boot services include toe bumpers, dipping, repair, and refinishing. If you're in need of tough winter gear he carries a full line of coats, and coveralls.

Either you're supporting your neighbors or you're supporting a faceless corporation... It's packed to the brim with awesome outdoor wear - they keep the classics but are always bringing in new items. Mark has been doing this for over 40 years and is probably the most knowledgable guy in the business. Also - notice how the tree out front is the biggest and oldest on the whole street?!
