In most aspects it is your standard OneMedical office. The providers are nice and punctual, it is…read morereasonably accessible by metro, sits across from county public parking, and even has appointments on Saturdays. It's also one of the OneMedical offices with a pediatric practice. So why only 3 stars? The lab, especially on weekends, is a calamity. One time my wife had to wait *an hour* to do a simple lab test. Another time it was an unnecessary wait and hassle just to pick something up from the lab. Honestly, if you anticipate needing lab work on a weekend, you may want to consider another location unless you're out of choices. I'm not sure what's going on as neither of us has ever waited more than a few minutes for the lab at any other location. I shudder to think what it would be like if you had to wait an hour with your sick child. With that caveat, if you don't need lab work on a weekend, I wouldn't hesitate to go to this OneMedical location and expect their usual high quality of service and care.

The Bethesda location for One Medical gets 5 stars from me. I'm surprised that they haven't been…read morereviewed yet. In general, I like the integration of the app & telehealth with the office and the idea of a more personalized focus on primary care that One Medical provides. Specifically, I like this location where the staff are all very nice and welcoming. It seems like the staff really care about improving health and "taking care" of you. I tried out the Chevy Chase location last year and had a bad experience with a shockingly rude doctor that surprised me. If I went into detail about what happened there, you would be appalled. I've been to the Bethesda location a lot and they have been great every time. If I had only experienced the Chevy Chase location, I would have quit this program but I've been consistently happy with Bethesda. I haven't tried other locations but the model is that they are a different experience than your average primary care medical office. They are very prompt, stylish and offer the choice between in-person services and telehealth. Prior to One Medical, I had a less than stellar experience with a primary care doctor in a different system. When I say that I've been consistently happy with this Bethesda office, I don't say that lightly. It is pleasant and convenient.

This office is extremely disorganized. I made an appointment for 0800 for FASTING blood work. The…read morereceptionist at the desk tried to explained that I should not have made an appointment? She finally admitted that the phlebotomist had not yet arrived to the office. After waiting 20 minutes, I left. Time to get a new primary care provider!

STAY AWAY: OVERBILLED, UNETHICAL, A SCAM, CALL CENTER NIGHTMARE…read more (Please notice how they do not respond to their one star reviews...) I went to this urgent care for a small rash on my hand. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. No labs, no procedures, no tests, and no complex decision-making. The doctor simply looked at my hand and prescribed a cream. Weeks later I received a bill coded as a Level 3 visit, which is meant for moderate cases requiring detailed history, a full exam, and more involved medical decision-making with labs or diagnostic testing done. My visit had none of this. According to coding guidelines, this was clearly a Level 2 visit: a straightforward problem with low complexity and a simple treatment plan. Billing it as a Level 3 is inaccurate and feels like an intentional overcharge. On top of that, I was charged for a mental health screening that never happened, a weekend fee that was never disclosed, and even a new patient fee at an urgent care, which makes no sense. When I called billing, I was told an investigation would be opened. I followed up multiple times, only to be sent to collections instead. When I called again, I was told no investigation had ever been filed yet somehow the doctor had already "declined" my dispute. After I pointed out how impossible that was, the rep suddenly "found" my complaint in the system. The entire phone call was frustrating and unprofessional. The rep spent 20 minutes repeating my complaint back to me in circles and refused to transfer me to a supervisor until I said I was prepared to file a complaint with my state insurance commissioner and consider legal action. Only then did "the only supervisor" suddenly become available to call me back. When I asked for the supervisor's name, she said there were "many, many supervisors" and couldn't give me one. I pointed out the contradiction.... first there was only one, now there are many.... and she cut me off with a dismissive "have a good day." Before hanging up, I asked again for her name. After a long pause and more hesitation, she finally told me it was "Princess." Princess. THIS IS A JOKE. This urgent care and their outsourced billing department are not just making mistakes, they are taking advantage of patients. I know my visit did not meet Level 3 criteria, and being billed this way plus for services I never received is completely unacceptable. I am at a lost of what to do so the least I can do for right now is to warn others to PLEASE never go here.

How do you find a great doctor? Well, for me, Dr. Sadikman was recommended by a hospital doctor…read morewhen I was recovering from pneumonia. I asked the hospital doctor, "Who would you recommend for your own family? Your mom or sister?" And, he replied Dr. Jesse Sadikman. I went to see Dr. Sadikman and that was the start of a wonderful patient-doctor relationship. Dr. Sadikman is my GP or general physician. He is absolutely the kindest, most caring doctor, and such an excellent doctor. He won't give up in finding what is wrong with you, if you are sick. He listens to you and is very thorough in checking for what is making you ill. He will recommend a specialist, if you need one. The office just moved and they are in Bethesda now off of Rockledge Drive. His nurses Lilly and Taryn are the nicest medical professionals you could happen to meet. They are so receptive to your needs. Dr. Sadikman is a concierge practice. So, you pay a yearly fee. The nice thing about that is you can get in to see him, when you need to. I highly recommend Dr. Sadikman.

Case in point, I had a question about a vaccination prior to international travel. Yes, CDC lists this vaccine and advises to take it, but Dr. Sadikman went much further, asking me about specific conditions I am likely to encounter, time of the year I will travel etc. before making his recommendation. That was most thoughtful. Dr. Sadikman is so much more than other docs who just want to write you a prescriptions. I feel very fortunate to have found his practice. He is complemented by overall excellent staff, working seamlessly with dr. Sadikman, the whole team delivers top-shelf care. Highly recommended.
